In 2024, Swiggy joined forces with Mumbai Foodie and and all its verticals. Now, we are creating a digital guide to the F&B scene in Delhi to explore and recommend, film and write about restaurant openings, events, pop-ups, collaborations and more on Instagram. Through captivating imagery and engaging narratives, it is all about discovery and storytelling of Delhi’s F&B culture.
What will you work on?
- Stay attuned to Delhi’s ever-evolving food scene, from street food stalls to upscale restaurants, and translate these experiences into engaging written content.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that drive engagement and follower growth.
- Create and deliver compelling, scripted content that aligns with the page’s theme and resonates with the target audience.
- Attend food events, tastings, and restaurant openings to gather first-hand information for posts.
- Write scripts for engaging reels to captivate our audience on social media.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Delhi’s F&B, lifestyle, cultural, and entertainment scene.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to instagram page style and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in managing the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
Who are we looking for:
- Proven content writing experience, preferably in lifestyle or hospitality industries.
- Comfortable being on camera and/or has proven experience as an Anchor, Host, or Presenter, preferably in the F&B or lifestyle domain.
- Excellent writing skills, with keen attention to detail and grammar.
- Passion for exploring and discovering Delhi’s F&B, lifestyle, cultural, and entertainment experiences. Proficiency in content management and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools.

Job Description:
Sign Contracts with restaurants along and handling the inquiries from existing and new client
Gather sales leads from the market and approach restaurants actively, from no star to 5 stars and get them on board with Swiggy as a partner
Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
Responsible for managing the sales individually, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence

Graduate with 2+ years of experience in sales domain

Responsibilities :
- Reporting: Develop and manage views for different business metrics: dashboards, and scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and analytics for data gathering using SQL/excel and ensuring data sanity for day-to-day reporting.
- Growth: Developing and executing BAU OPD growth plans – ie conversion improvement charters (across MOTs). Leading the bottom-up view on OPD growth planning.
- Program management: Program managing the MS win plans and city growth projects. Designing activity systems, tracking mechanisms, and ensuring timely call-outs and alignments as needed for the MS win plans. Identify city-level opportunities and execute hyperlocal-level MS win projects.
- Analysis: Analyse data & generate key insights on the business, user quality, redemption funnels & other mission-critical metrics
- P&L management: Be the SPOC for consolidating & reviewing partnerships P&L, along with Biz Fin/accounting teams
- Process/Program Management: End-to-end process/program management of strategic partnerships, by liaising with key stakeholders internally and leading the execution to completion
- Strategic Initiatives: Ideate, problem-solve & implement key process improvement initiatives within the team
Desired Skills :
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/related field
- 1+ yr of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving & ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Powerpoint
