Role – Sales Manager 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Develop account strategies to overcome the challenges and action plans to meet client objectives and maximize account growth as per the target
  • Conduct regular F2F business reviews with clients, discussing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

● Drive restaurant onboarding for your designated area, Act as a consultant to restaurant partners to manage and mutually grow business,

● You should have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry with a desire to sign up for the best local and national restaurants,

● Be the local market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, and provide recommendations for improvements to management and

● Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings, and sell the Dineout product portfolio to restaurants.

Desired Skill:

● The candidate has to have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree,

● Freshers with internship or min 6 months of sales experience in consulting, e-commerce or start-ups are encouraged to apply,

Asst Manager- Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Gourmet Partnership Manager


Ways of Working: Office / Field: Employees are expected to work from the office on all days out of their respective base locations

Brief about NAT Team:
The National Accounts team leads partnerships with the largest restaurant chains in the country. Gourmet function in the NAT team manages partnerships with select premium accounts, identifying their need-state, channelising all inputs, charting out growth plans, and ensuring that exquisite dining experience is brought to the consumer doorstep. Building a mutually beneficial and sustainable partnership with gourmet restaurants is the key objective that Gourmet team drives.
 

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Complete ownership of National restaurant Chains (accounts) maintaining sustainable and mutually profitable growth on business.
  • Build a long-term strategic partnership with national restaurant chains leveraging JBPs.
  • Use data resources available across business metrics to build deeper insights for partners regularly.
  • Manage and own complete the P&L across partners effectively. Understanding of Partner’s P&L and business decisions based on the same is expected.
  • Manage and Coordinate onboarding, POS integration, Menu changes, and Operational Performance metrics, and Streamline processes and systems to maximize customer experience.
  • Align monthly activation on consumer offerings and App marketing interventions in conjunction with the internal teams.
  • Continuously create new growth avenues for restaurants on the platform with deeper engagements.
  • Look to partner on Out of App marketing solutions that can propel faster growth for the brand on the platform.
  • Ability to resolve partner issues, and escalate to right internal stakeholders to resolve all issues/queries effectively.
  • Be on top of the competitive landscape in terms of partners positioning in the ecosystem
