Job Overview
Account Associates work as a part of a Team to astound customers with the effective resolution, proactive account management, and customer education. They determine and resolve root causes to customer concerns and inquiries, identify appropriate revenue and service enhancement opportunities, and explore customer needs to develop loyal and profitable customers, including activations, payment arrangements, and other collections activities, when appropriate. This role is a learning role, where new experts are building skills and competencies in these areas while also demonstrating world-class skills in courtesy, concern, timely resolution, value creation, and relationship building.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying appropriate additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards.
  • Approaches each call with a cando mindset and treats each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role.

We’re looking for an ACD-level copy creative who has worked closely with Creative Directors, Copy Writers, Art Directors, and Designers to create memorable and impactful work across all marketing channels. Human-centered creative built to serve specific audiences and platforms. Good creative and good execution tell stories cross-platform, through sequential narratives, experiences, and offers, and connects it all seamlessly. It brings the brand to life in ways that engage and drive an authentic conversation. It’s purposeful, impactful, and always elevates the brand.

You will work directly with T-Mobile brand creative leads, and the strategy, creative, digital, and production groups to build industry leading Marketing communications.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Possess the ability to take direction from other creative leaders and provide your own ideas and creative development opportunities.
  • Work effectively with and influence creative team members and other key stake holders in defining the vision of the video/creative.
  • Partner with creative team members and Studio Managers in overseeing the creative process throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Work independently and proactively. You can take a Brief – or more often, a conversation – and turn it into an idea. You know when to get others involved, and how to work with peers inside and outside Creative team.
  • Present your work to senior creatives and stand behind every creative decision.
  • Aren’t precious about your work. Don’t get us wrong – we want passionate Creative thinkers. But we also want creatives who can determine when to push back, when to take feedback, and when to move on.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or design-related field. (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years creative experience with agency, studio, production company, or in-house teams.
  • A track record of success contributing to creative teams and working with marketing partners and production managers to develop high quality narratives (short and/or long-form), motion graphics, video, copy and graphic design content for multiple channels.
  • Portfolio of work and examples of video work where you’ve helped drive the creative process.
  • Ability to provide innovative creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.

Senior Business Analysis Manager

The Sr Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps leaders throughout the business to make critical strategic and operational decisions and craft the long-term vision of T-Mobile. This role will be supporting our Digital Postpaid and Home Internet business partners proactively delivering insights, analysis, and reporting using various analytical techniques and software including statistics, data science, data mining, machine learning and business intelligence/reporting software. They build customer-centric recommendations informed by analysis, good business insight and partner with the business to drive improvements in a matrixed environment through creativity, and effective communication. They lead collaborative efforts with various teams including marketing, product and platform teams on sophisticated digital and omni-channel analysis requests. This position also leads the design and development of digital KPIs, reporting structures & interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be applied across teams. They are comfortable acting as an internal digital data SME and know where datasets are that will answer business questions.

  • Serve as a key point of contact in providing digital data and reporting solutions to drive digital business team and enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments. Define digital product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks.
  • Partner with marketing technology team to ensure digital data integrity
  • Construct executive-level presentations and present sophisticated analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)

 

Work Experience:

  • 7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • 5+ years of experience using digital analytics tools (such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Quantum Metrics, etc.) to identify trends and drivers that improve customer facing digital experiences and conversion
  • Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Sophisticated analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
  • Experience with Python, R or similar statistics or data science language preferred
  • Telecommunications (Preferred)

Sr Commercial Marketing Manager

T-Mobile reinvented the wireless experience—and We Won’t Stop. The Consumer Postpaid Marketing team is focused on delivering features and benefits that deliver tangible value to our customers and prospects. The Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager is a critical role within the team that is responsible for leading our Quarterly and Annual Planning processes in partnership with multiple functions across the business – Customer Retention, Brand Marketing, Media, Segments, and many more. This seasoned marketer will contribute to shaping how we communicate our value story by leveraging consumer insights, historical lessons, and marketing best practices. This position calls for a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and proactive project manager who excels at forging relationships and crafting compelling, engaging content.

*** This position is located in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement T-Mobile strategies to continuously improve the customer experience, and drive subscriber and revenue growth.
