Category Manager – Accessories (Handbags & Luggage)
Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Beauty, and Luxury. Responsibilities:
- P&L ownership:Drive and ensure achievement of the targeted sales numbers of the category. Ensure Profitability by negotiating the best category margins, securing marketing support from brands and focused on delivering the budgeted top-line and bottom-line.
- Business Development:Ensure that the best of brands are available on the platform, sign up missing brands in the portfolio. Identify opportunities and trends in market and highlight them internally.
- Assortment planning:Ensure we have a competitive catalogue compared to other players across brands and sub-categories. Work with the Catalogue team to represent the category in best way possible.
- Customer Experience:Anticipate and create solutions for customer pain points. Should be able to resolve customer escalation and deliver on the expected NPS for the category. Also, look at minimizing returns and cancellations in the category.
- Category marketing:Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars based on the events planned in Mall. Have joint marketing plans signed off with partner brands, execute the plan in coordination with the internal team (Site Merchandising and Marketing Team)
- Operational efficiency:Work with cross-functional teams like CS, Logistics, Omni-channel, Finance to ensure a smooth functioning system and to be able to deliver on the required set of parameters measured across each function
Qualifications :
- Graduate from NIFT / MBA from Tier 1/2 college.
- 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry handling category.
- Management roles for Accessories (Preferably Handbags and Luggage).
- Strong at data-driven decision making.
- Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders.
Assistant Manager- Digital Media ( Brand)
a. Media Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives, target audience, and budget allocation, considering both traditional and digital channels.
b. Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience data and insights to develop precise targeting and segmentation strategies for media campaigns, ensuring messages reach the right audience at the right time.
c. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated media campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to digital advertising (display, search, social media), print, television, radio, and out-of-home (OOH).
d. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
e. Budget Management: Manage media budgets effectively, track spending against allocated budgets, and reconcile invoices and expenses in coordination with finance teams.
f. Media Buying and Negotiation: Manage media buying processes, negotiate favorable rates, placements, and terms with media vendors, and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reach.
g. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and assets tailored to each media channel and audience segment.
h. Media Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media partners, platforms, agencies, and vendors, staying abreast of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations.
i. Ad Tech Integration: Evaluate and suggest ad tech solutions, platforms, and tools to enhance targeting capabilities, optimize campaign performance, and drive efficiencies in media buying and measurement.
j. Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and dashboards summarizing media performance, trends, and insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Senior Graphic Designer
Designers are at the heart of Tata CLiQ Luxury. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key member of the Creative & Content Department, helping shape design, deliver creative and digital assets for the Tata CLiQ Luxury channels, guide teams and unlock the creative potential of our brand.
We expect you to be the driver of a creative output of a project, a confident storyteller and an amazing designer.
You will require flexibility and a willingness to apply design-thinking across all stages of the creative process; research, strategy and design.
You will be working closely with internal teams (business team, marketing team & project managers) as well as brands to develop world-class assets for digital and print and discover new opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the creative output through every stage, supporting any design related tasks; from immersion, to strategy, to creative expression and implementation.

KEY SKILLS
An experienced, inventive, and collaborative Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for digital design, typography, and elevated aesthetics.
Expert knowledge of the digital space and best practices in social, ecommerce and digital advertising are required.
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a must.
Broad experience
4-6 years of relevant experience in a fashion/luxury e-commerce venture or a design studio working on holistic campaigns spanning print, digital and social.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
High quality portfolio
Work should demonstrate a user centric design approach and well-crafted execution. Work should show experimentation, versatility and energy. Work should cover branding, creatives for e-commerce, UI etc.
Solid tool-kit
High level of skill in Adobe CC – design and image editing software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) An understanding of peripheral design processes (i.e., art direction and film/stills production).
Bonus tool-kit
Experience in illustration, animation, video or prototyping software.
Strong aesthetic skills

SDE-lll (Microservice )
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure backend services using Java, Springboot, Spring framework, Apache Kafka, Relational and Non Relational DB and Microservices architecture.
- Implement containerized applications using Kubernetes for orchestration and management.
- Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Software Development Engineer with expertise in Java, Microservices, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, and Performance Tuning.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience in decouple architecture development using middle ware (eg Kafka)
- Exposure to relational and Non relational DBs ( eg Casandra, Elastic, Mongo DB etc)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues in distributed systems.
