What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and implement out of control action plans
- Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks accurately and on time to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Handle material review board materials by following processes for identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming materials
- Support the operation of multiple tools simultaneously to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Clear yield alarms, conduct initial investigations, and start basic action plans to address deviations from expected performance
- Ensure high-level product quality through tasks such as web path checks and audits
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for safety, quality, output, and tool uptime
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in large- and small-scale manufacturing environments within a production process role
- Experience with operating and troubleshooting automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment
- Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting

Essential Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours/day

- Exposures to hazardous materials used in the painting process and ability to follow waste handling/disposal procedures

Automotive Painter, Tactical Response Team
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for following proper repair procedures and performs all refinish procedures according to factory specifications
- Utilize air sanders, spray guns, and sanding blocks
- Manage and control materials cost maximizing usage and inventory
- Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines. Spray test panels for each vehicle to ensure color match. Prepare color tint to match paint color, mix paint colors and top coating. Ensure that all paint operations are complete, and all masking is removed
- Assist in prep work when necessary
- Maintain clean, orderly and organized work area
- Comply with safety rules, guidelines and standards. Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines for hazardous waste disposal
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Painter
- 75% of the year travel minimum, 3 consecutive week capability and ability to travel with your own tools
- Capable of seamlessly integrating with multiple different teams on wide variety of different technical repairs and processes
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to work independently in limited supervision environments
- Willingness to work overtime if required
- Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and Tesla experience, preferred
