The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program.

Sr. Program Manager, New Market Entry
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Global New Markets team.
The New Market Entry Program Manager will take lead in planning and executing Tesla’s entry into new markets globally.
The Program Manager will be driving and owning the execution and implementation of market entry projects and overseeing the end to end, cross-functional setup of our business in new markets, as well as developing of business plans and contributing to Tesla’s overall market entry strategy.
Responsibilities include guiding and coordinating the activities of all teams involved in an end-to-end market entry life-cycle to ensure that all workstreams and processes match the overall launch plan and timeline.
You will create and maintain detailed market entry strategies, business plans, program timelines, project plans and updates, as well as support materials such as market entry checklists, Gantt, and flow charts, that document requirements and account for process interdependencies, risks, and challenges.
You will develop a deep understanding of departmental interdependencies and be responsible for anticipating, identifying, and driving the cross-functional resolution of market entry challenges and blockers as they arise.
This role requires a strong, conscientious, and dedicated team player and self-starter that is familiar with complex, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects, and overall business operations, has acute attention to detail, and can consistently execute at a high-level level with minimal guidance. High intellectual horsepower generalists that can quickly adapt to dynamic and new environments and challenges tend to perform well in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Managing and executing simultaneous large, complex market entry projects across wide group of teams and stakeholders
- Develop, own, maintain, and improve complex analytical models to inform Tesla’s medium-term strategy in data-driven approach, gather inputs from cross-functional workstream owners, and align with sales and engineering organizations
- Provide executive-level new market entry updates, strategic recommendations, detailed analyses, or special ad-hoc support where required
- Own and coordinate the development of business plans for high-potential new markets. Oversee, manage, and track key launch dates and gates. Create and maintain detailed program timelines, project plans, and market entry checklists that account for workflow interdependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional planning meetings, maintain meeting notes, and hold stakeholders accountable while driving project completion under aggressive timelines and in the face of competing priorities
- Maintain alignment across all teams on launch plans including Sales, Service, Delivery, Operations, Real Estate, Engineering, Homologation, Legal, Financial Planning, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Human Resources, Payroll, Trade, Logistics, and IT, and others to ensure Tesla’s new market readiness
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and senior management on new market entry progress, while monitoring and evaluating potential risks. Actively engage in the continuous review of market entry efficiency to identify and optimize opportunities for future market entries and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience owning, managing, and driving to completion large, complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong generalist with ability to quickly deep-dive and acquire relevant expertise also in unfamiliar subject-matters and verticals (Consulting, Investment Banking, Financial analysis/modelling experience recommended)
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic, trade, policy, incentive, economic, political, etc. considerations as it relates to market entry planning and strategy
- Strong leadership skills, especially lateral leadership abilities to motivate, influence, and coalesce wide groups of stakeholders and contributors around common goals without formal authority or reporting lines
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project management software applications for analysis and presentation.

Cafe Assistant
