Senior Manager, Social Engagement​ INSWA

The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) is transforming its approach and capabilities as it relates to social listening & engagement service provision. Specifically, we are creating a Marketing and Public Affairs Communications & Sustainability (PACS) cross-functional team that enables us to proactively engage directly with our consumers, turning this marketing and consumer connection into a competitive advantage. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Lead, who will be responsible for leading the India & Southwest Asia (INSWA) social team that runs the social media marketing operations for the Operating Unit (OU). The social team are responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the social media strategy for the company to increase brand awareness, engage in proactive positive consumer interaction, and build relationship with influencers and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Lead the social team for INSWA OU markets.
  • Design, develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy that are align with business goals.
  • Define most important social media KPIs and measure the success of our social media activities.
  • Plan, manage, and publish social media content, leveraging our social media marketing tools (NetBase, Sprinklr, Meltwater, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage our branded social media accounts across most relevant social platforms and across our portfolio.
  • Perform monitoring on social conversations and trends to gain insights on audience preferences and sentiments through social listening and analytics.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies, bringing those learnings to help build best-in-class consumer engagement capabilities internally.
  • Be the key point of contact and connector with internal cross-functional teams (Category, IMX, Frontline marketing, and PACS).

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Proven work experience in, and passion for, social media marketing or similar role.
  • Experienced people/performance management of small to mid-size teams.
  • Proven decision-making, multi-tasking, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience in content management and ability to lead the team to deliver creative content.
  • Ability to analyze data to establish and monitor performance metrics, determine resource needs, and manage cost to serve.
  • Ability to translate data into insights, especially those related to social conversations and to the changing consumer preferences.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Analyst, Materials Operation Planning (Material Operations Planner-MOP)

The overall role is to ensure supply of materials to meet production plans & sales plans taking into consideration contracts, batch sizes, inventory policies and storage capacity. The scope includes procurement of raw materials of assigned categories for a group of plants.

The material planner will also lead the relationship Management activities with their suppliers, as they relate to operational or tactical processes.

What you’ll do for us:

  • Review and execute MRP suggestions and complementary routines to ensure the smooth supply of the assigned materials.
  • Support the Materials Review Board (MRB) & AOS (Age of Stock) processes
  • Onboard new suppliers and develop/maintain relationship with new and existing suppliers by performing regular performance reviews on suppliers’ delivery and drive improvements.
  • Seek productivity initiatives along with CPS sites and Suppliers link to lot size, pack size, MOQs.
  • Manage supplier’s quality and performance by submitting non-compliance report
  • Review and manage the Master Data and planning parameters in SAP

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Execute mitigation plans for ensuring supply continuity at Plant Level (risk analysis, supply continuity taskforce lead, mitigation plan follow-up, related reporting)
  • Execute MRB and AOS routines to guarantee Inventory Health and write off mitigation.
  • Set up Materials Policies in system to reflect supply current state and keep inventory stock in safe levels
  • Vendors complaints root-cause analysis
