Discover Impactful Work:
Manages cross-functional proposal financial processes, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure proposals, contracts and/or contract amendments are completed accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
A day in the Life:
- Manages proposal financial process and finalization of proposal deliverables, as well as contracts and contract amendments, synthesizing client and internal company requirements in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to determine appropriate project budgets.
- Leads proposal bidding strategy calls to discuss financial requirements and budget strategy development and/or modification.
- Finalizes documents for distribution to the customer and internal departments, performing quality control edits to ensure accuracy, proper data formatting and validation, and compliance with contract requirements.
- May assist in updating training materials and/or revising training programs.
- Participates in and may occasionally lead departmental projects and initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).

Compensation and Benefits
