We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based near any US Marsh location. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 

This position entails managing premium quotes and evidence of insurance issuance to clients and stakeholders while maintaining real-time Statements of Values and advising on portfolio changes related to CAT exposure or occupancy. Oversee invoices, payment tracking, premium allocations, and coordination with insurance carriers and risk management to ensure accurate and timely processing.

 

We will count on you to:

  • Provide premium quotes and manage issuance of insurance to clients, property managers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain real-time Statement of Values and advise on the impact of portfolio changes related to CAT exposure or occupancy shifts.
  • Adjust portfolio changes with insurance carriers quarterly or as directed by the client.
  • Handle invoicing processes including emailing invoices, tracking payments, reporting status to clients, issuing premium-paid statements, paying carriers, and monitoring escrow account balances with disclosures to clients.
  • Complete premium allocations with client input and approval, coordinating closely with risk management practice.

 

What you need to have:

  • College degree is preferred; however, candidates with more than 5 years of experience in the insurance industry will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of Property and/or Casualty insurance.
  • Proven experience working directly with external clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel (required).

The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,700 to $142,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Head of Fiduciary, North America – Guy Carpenter

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary team at Guy Carpenter. This role can be based in New York City, Edina, Minnesota, Philadelphia, PA, or Hartford, CT. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As Head of Fiduciary, North America, you will set the vision, strategy, and execution of fiduciary operations across the region. You will ensure world-class client service, maintain robust financial controls, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. As a key business leader, you will collaborate with global counterparts, business units, and functional teams to deliver best-in-class fiduciary practices, reduce financial risk, and continuously improve processes that support growth and client satisfaction.   • Set the strategic direction for the North America Fiduciary function, aligning with global fiduciary and firm-wide objectives.

Senior Workday Certified Financials Consultant

Senior Workday Certified Financials Consultant

 

We will count on you to:

  • In this lead-level role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, supporting our clients through the entire lifecycle of Workday implementations and ensuring project deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget
  • You will help our clients leverage Workday technology to enhance and unify Finance, Human Resources, and talent management, enabling them to optimize their financial management capabilities
  • Lead Workday Financials design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the Workday solution aligns with the client’s objectives; then translating business requirements into Workday Financials configuration, and leading the configuration of Workday modules through multiple prototype environments to fulfill client-specific needs, enhancing functionality and user experience
  • Drive transformation of business processes for our customers, particularly in the areas of Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Financial Accounting
  • Provide a point a view by understanding customer pain points and complexities and be able to provide solutions that complement the client’s business.
  • Assist client with data conversion from legacy system into Workday
  • Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes

 

What you need to have:

  • CPA is required
  • Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/ Foundation Data Model (FDM) with the Workday Platform
  • 3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience (can be from other ERP systems)
  • A deep understanding of Workday’s configuration options and transactional lifecycles, such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, or Cash to Conversion
  • Experience working with the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
  • Experience in designing and building financial reports such as balance sheet and P&L
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential
