2nd Shift Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 3:00am.
Weekend 2nd Shift Friday through Sunday from 5:00pm to 4:30am.
About the Role
How you will contribute
- Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
- Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
- Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
- Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
- Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
- Other duties as assigned.

- HS Diploma / GED.
- Experience in a Lead role.
- Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.

Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm to execute transportation operations at the facility. About the Role
How you will contribute
- Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
- Build a close working relationship with the Key Account control tower staff staffing through understanding their day to day business requirements and servicing accordingly.
- Ensure a large number of customer & carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time and with accurate content.
- Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activity to support product inbound and outbound operations.
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally with the customers and stakeholders.
- Process order set up via preferred internal system to include but not limited to EDI feeds or manual creation.
- Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and help monitor and ensure proper inventory levels per customer expectations.

The Manager, PMI – People is responsible for managing all people-related aspects of post-merger integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for employees, alignment of HR processes, and cultural integration. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement people integration strategies to align with overall business objectives

- Proficiency in Project Management tools and software
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements and priorities
- Familiarity with data management, reporting and analytics

Health and Safety Specialist
About the Role
How you will contribute
- Identify, design and develop company health and safety management systems, training programs, and procedures as well as enforcing regulatory regulations and company policies.
- Monitor, revise, and implement ongoing updates in safety regulations, laws or reporting requirements. Provide technical safety and health support and information to all employees to ensure employees are operating in a safe, orderly, and clean environment.
- Coordinate and administer safety training initiatives for the company to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT (if applicable) and all other regulatory requirements. Understand DOT compliance and regulations (if applicable) as well as EPA and environmental regulations (if applicable).
- Coordinate risk assessment and accident investigation activities including record keeping. Analyze risk assessments, near miss, and accident data to present to the senior management team.
- Lead health and safety meetings, present data, record actions, and maintain the progress on the actions. Review injury/illness and non-injury incident investigation reports and follows up as necessary.
- Administer mandatory environmental, health and safety training and ensure all newly hired employees, agency employees, contractors, visitors and transferred employees receive proper training.
- Work with the operational teams to improve the working environment, reducing the impacts to the employee from operational activities. Make recommendations on process and product safety features that will reduce employees’ exposure to work hazards.
- Conduct internal audits, work place inspections, and health & safety tours to the prescribed frequency ensuring compliance to audit standards. Work with auditors and vendors to answer findings and complaints in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance. This will include property in and around the facility. Review plans and specifications for development of new machinery, equipment or processes to determine whether all safety requirements have been met.
- Develop and maintain emergency preparations and responses. Serve as a member of the First Aid/CPR Responder/ERT teams.
Your Key Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Safety and health or related field, health and safety experience or exposure to health and safety in a fast paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulatory requirements as it pertains to Federal, State, Provincial and local agencies.
- Experience developing and administering health and safety programs.
- OSHA 10 Hour or Basic Knowledge of Plant Safety and Current First Aid/CPR First Responder Training a plus.
- Ability to work and be flexible and available for on call hours before and/or after normal business hours in addition to off-shift hours as required.
- Computer literate – MS applications.
- Good communication skills – written and verbal (procedures, presentations and training). Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to travel 50-75%.

Operations Planner
- As the Operations Planner you are key to providing accurate rate quotes for nonstandard shipments, including expedited deliveries and special requirements. You will ensure on-time pickup and delivery while tracking and tracing shipments, investigate service failures and apply proper reason codes for reporting, partner with customers to resolve inventory discrepancies, exceptions, and damages. The Operations Planner is actively involved in process improvements, SOP documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. They work in both office and warehouse environments to stay close to operations.

- Provide rate quotes for nonstandard transportation, i.e. expedite shipments. Perform order registration which may include special requirements, extra labor, forklifts, cranes, etc.
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery, track and trace shipments.
- Apply applicable late reason codes in accordance to Service Failure tracking and reporting
- Work with customer to resolve inventory discrepancies. Follow-up with regards to exception reporting and damage assessment, communicate to customer.
- Participate in process flow documentation and standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement based on customer needs.
