About this role
Implementation Managers are the main customer-facing technical position of Aidoc, and are the front line of the Delivery department.
As such, Implementation Managers are the project managers of onboardings of new customers, and are leading any technical work with aidoc’s customers, including integrations with third-party applications, additions of features and solutions, etc.
Responsibilities
- Overall ownership of product delivery projects: Lead and manage the projects of Onboarding new customers on the aidoc platform, expanding and upgrading existing customers. This includes planning and execution of Aidoc’s solutions’ delivery projects.
- Function as the key technical stakeholder in the implementation processes, leading architecture discussions with the customers’ IT team, including system, networking, medical imaging and interfaces. Leads setup, troubleshooting, acceptance testing and go-lives.
- Build a strong relationship with our customers’ technical teams – as the “first exposure” of Aidoc’s R&D to the customer.
- Making data-driven conclusions and acting upon them to optimize the solution’s technical setup and performance.
- Generate creative products and features offerings by integrating a vast knowledge of Aidoc’s solution features and capabilities with a profound understanding of each customer.
- Work with the Product team on requirements definition and design.
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Sales departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent certifications in a related technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing or technical-operations related experience, working directly with customers in the US / EU markets.
- Demonstrated experience in Healthcare IT, including working with customers to optimize systems for their needs based on an understanding of their system’ architecture. Experience in Radiology IT (PACS, RIS, and dictations systems) as well as EMR is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
- Structured thinking and capability to drive a technical project to completion (both initial and ongoing engagement).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking to hire a Regional Account Director to be based in and covering a geographic territory based in the Pacific Northwest region.

The primary objective of the role is to close multi-year SaaS agreements promoting the utilization of life-saving, AI-powered applications and workflows that accelerate care and significantly improve clinical decision making. Supported by the premier reputation of a trusted industry leader, this person will position the company as the undisputed innovator of true enterprise-wide imaging AI decision support solutions. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive sales strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics themselves.

Seeking a driven, talented enterprise sales professional with a passion for transforming healthcare delivery, this individual will have a consistent track record of building relationships and closing deals of $500,000 or more with health systems and large Integrated Delivery Networks. Experience leveraging existing relationships and building new ones, both internally and externally, will be paramount to success, and this individual should demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate is a high achiever who has a thirst for perfecting their craft. - Understand the clinical imaging ecosystem so you can effectively communicate the value proposition of Aidoc AI and Care Coordination solutions and their market differentiation
- Drive the assigned strategic and enterprise accounts to new level of annual spend
- Expand existing accounts by at least 2x current state and ensure high retention rates (95%+) on existing accounts
- Represent and relate the vision for our company, leveraging Aidoc’s senior executive team to support large, strategic customer engagements.
- Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan for each of the assigned strategic accounts, creating qualified (budgeted) pipeline equivalent to 4x the annual objective
- Manage and track customer engagement, opportunity development, and weekly tactical and transactional information on all active pursuits in CRM
- Provide customized-to-the-customer presentations using the company supplied sales tools and leverage product demos in context to support the closing objective
- Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with customer executives via quarterly or thrice annual business reviews, intended to drive new use cases and technology adoption
- Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast accuracy through detailed Salesforce CRM updates and management calls
- Participate in team building and company growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care
