Job Description
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.
Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs, and banking channel preferences. Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients. Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services. Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications. Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Basic Qualifications

Alternative Investments Associates and Accountants work as part of a team responsible for providing accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds and closed-end registered products. Senior Business Process Consultant/Analyst Swap Data Reporting
U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Process Consultant/Analyst with relevant experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in the Swap Data Reporting space. This position reports to the VP of Derivatives and FX Compliance Support and will partner with technology, operations and compliance stakeholders to implement and maintain the technology solutions necessary to support an effective risk management framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide technical leadership on installation, configuration, and use of technology solutions to support Swap Data Reporting operations.
– Define business requirements and ensure that business rules are applied consistently across different technology solutions and user interfaces.
– Provide training and support to users.
– Lead special projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
– Define and participate in processes for validation and reconciliation of reportable swaps traded by the Bank as defined by CFTC regulation and industry practice.
– Inform policies, procedures, and controls to minimize regulatory exposure.
– Identify gaps and implement solutions that mitigate risks such as inadequate internal processes, systems, or human errors.
– Collaborate with Technology & Operations Services, Compliance, Legal, Risk & Control and business line managers to ensure transparent and aligned objectives.

REQUIRED
