Role description

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, deep operational expertise and the ability to build and scale high-performance teams, processes and client relationships across MENA and Europe.

The CEO will be responsible for the strategic, commercial and operational leadership of the company, ensuring strong internal processes, delivery excellence and consistent value creation for shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Operational Leadership

  • Drive the overall strategic direction of the company in alignment with long-term shareholder objectives
  • Strengthen internal operations, including general management processes, workflow efficiencies and organizational structure
  • Establish clear company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent execution and reporting across all departments
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, forecasting and resource planning
  • Build a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

Business Development and Growth

  • Lead business development activities across priority regions, with a focus on MENA and Europe
  • Expand commercial footprint through partnerships, institutional relationships and strategic alliances
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, product segments and revenue streams
  • Support investor relations and stakeholder engagement when required.

Brand and Market Positioning

  • Collaborate on strengthening brand visibility and reputation across key markets
  • Guide marketing and communications efforts to elevate recognition in fintech and wealth-tech ecosystems
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.

Delivery Oversight and Governance

  • Oversee product delivery, client service excellence and operational execution across functions
  • Ensure high standards of risk management, compliance and operational integrity
  • Provide regular reporting to shareholders, including performance dashboards, risk reviews and strategic updates.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Proven leadership experience in a CEO, COO, Managing Director or senior executive role within fintech or technology-driven businesses across MENA and European markets
  • Understanding of wealth-tech, digital investment platforms or related fintech verticals
  • Demonstrated experience improving internal processes, scaling operations and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong track record in business development, commercial growth,and strategic partnerships
  • Exposure to key domains such as banking, investments, trading or asset management
  • Experience reporting to shareholders, boards, or investment groups
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) and Russian at professional working capacity
  • Based in Dubai, UAE or Nicosia, Cyprus.

Solutions Engineer – WordPress VIP

WordPress VIP is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies (including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney) create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide technical leadership to our Enterprise sales team, where you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining the structure to support our sales programs. You’ll define and implement scalable processes and systems that deliver technical expertise, with a focus on consultative solution-based selling.

Responsibilities:

Partnering proactively with Sales and Customer Success to qualify new business opportunities in terms of technical requirements, competitive landscape, and business drivers.

  • Identifying and solving customer problems proactively and creatively through effective project management and consultation on technical setup.
  • Building proofs of concept and leading the demo process—including building, running, and training the team based on our buyer personas, verticals, and business priorities.
  • Contributing to the RFP/RFI process as the primary point person on technical responses that Account Executives need assistance with.
  • Recommending the integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on our Cloud.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a Solutions Engineer or related position with customer-facing experience translating customer technical requirements into value discussions.
  • Understanding of enterprise business models, content distribution, audience engagement and enterprise focused technical solutions.
  • Experience with WordPress, PHP, or consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building Proofs of Concept and leading demo presentations.
  • Worked closely with Account Executive teams developing solutions on complex sales opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication; you should be great at holding people’s attention whether presenting, talking on the phone, or writing a quick blog post.

Salary range: $150,000-$200,000 USD plus variable compensation – Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
