Ice Cream US eCommerce Content Associate

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ice Cream US eCommerce Content Associate to join our digital marketing and media team. This individual will be responsible for managing the process by which brands brief in, create, and approve content with the content creation agency. They will ensure that content is housed in the appropriate systems/tools and that the syndication amongst tools downstream is accurate. Additionally, they will manage the syndication process for over 50 retailer partners, adhering to each retailer’s ways of working, content preferences, and ingestion details. This role also involves overseeing the performance and feedback loop of these assets on retailer.com, driving engagement rates, contributing to sales impact, improving organic search performance on retailer websites, and monitoring competitive performance and share of shelf as key performance indicators (KPIs).

What was previously purchased from a shelf at a brick-and-mortar store is now being purchased more frequently online, and the need for informative, inspiring, and accurate digital content is mandatory in the eCommerce space. The primary purpose of this role is to position is to optimize and maintain digital content and item attribution across the full Unilever portfolio on our retailer platforms, delighting consumers with accurate, complete, optimized, and inspiring digital content, and ultimately enabling consumers to make informed buying decisions. It is imperative that this person possesses a working knowledge of the digital consumer and of the capabilities of major online retailer platforms

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the process of briefing, creating, and approving content with the content creation agency and with brand partnership and guidelines in mind.
  • Ensure content is housed in the appropriate systems/tools and that downstream syndication is accurate.
  • Oversee the syndication process for 50+ retailer partners, adhering to their specific ways of working, content preferences, and ingestion details.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance and feedback loop of assets on retailer.com.
  • Drive engagement rates, contribute to sales impact, and improve organic search performance on retailer websites.
  • Track competitive performance and share of shelf as comparison metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with content standard best practices, GS1 standards and guidelines, and accessibility requirements.

Manufacturing Supervisor – Packaging (Night Shift)

As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be leading teams in the biggest UNILEVER Personal care factory in North America. You will lead teams across the factory. You will develop teams and deliver through teams. You will champion Factory Operating system practices across all areas of the factory. You will uphold safety as a value in the factory and will ensure compliance to quality is always a priority.  You will lead teams to deliver productivity and other business targets through the execution of manufacturing processes.

 

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Drive the Unilever safety systems/culture on the factory floor ensuring compliance to all regulatory, plant safety rules and other programs such as LOTO and risk assessments.
  • Drive compliance to quality standards through training, educating teams on the floor as per the existing standards. Ensuring all risks are evaluated and proper support is available to navigate quality concerns.
  • Provide guidance in root cause analysis for quality and safety incidents and establishes countermeasures to mitigate recurrence.
  • Drive productivity through execution of factory operating systems in all areas, ensuring resources are directed as per the business priorities/urgency
  • Sets and delivers the business targets such as Operational reliability, PM & AM compliance, and operational waste.
  • Guide the teams during equipment breakdown, documenting breakdown details, and assigning relevant resources for resolution.
  • Sets and delivers plan to deliver the medium term and long-term business targets.
  • Tracks performance indicators such as operational efficiency, changeover losses along with cost, escalates and directs resources as per the priorities.
  • Builds capabilities in teams through engagement and ensuring hiring, training and communication is always in place.
  • Shares consistent and on time feedback to the teams, ensures the performance, attendance standards are always met.
  • Shares and builds development plans for employees when performance gaps are identified through regular performance reviews

D Shift Packaging Associate

What You’ll Do

  • Operates Bartelt, SN & Jones machine(s) including peripheral fillers, (may operate two machines simultaneously) keeping watch for any malfunctions.
  • Is responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of pouches as set by Quality Assurance and by Packaging Production Standards.
  • Performs weight and quality checks every 15 minutes or hour depending on the line to ensure ingredient fills are maintained within standards.
  • Checks ingredient and total pouch weights and adjusts the controls as required to ensure adherence to standards
  • Clear jams on machine as required.
  • Performs certain mechanical adjustments on Packaging lines.
  • Retrieve packaging material from forward pick area within the room and loads onto machine
  • Uses computer to retrieve changeover information and settings.
  • Reports machine malfunction (mechanical/electrical) to mechanic, electrician or supervisor.
  • Updates all related Line KPI information and graphs as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of two (2) years recent and continuous employment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Must have strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be flexible to work off-shift, to include 12-hour night/day shift, overtime and weekends.

Production Machine Operator

$25.32- 26.82, paid weekly

Base wage- $25.32 per hour with an additional shift differential

After successful evaluation period, base wage increases to $26.82 per hour with additional shift differential

Background & Purpose of the Job:

The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of production equipment to deliver customer requirements through completion of the production plan, adhering to quality standards and maximizing cost effectiveness, optimal running, and equipment efficiency.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and maintain multiple work centers (machinery) efficiently and effectively
  • Carry out cleaning and inspection activities
  • Record any issues/problems with the equipment to assist the Technical Operator to resolve
  • Technical – Knowledge and application of technical skills to operate machinery safely and effectively in order to meet the production plan.  Conduct cleaning and lubrication as required.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Must have the ability to Read and Comprehend, Writing and Mathematics.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting operating, operating multiple pieces of machinery, trouble shooting, problem solving and setting up/breaking down machinery.
  • Must have previous experience completing routine maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.
