The line planner will lead and be assure the compliance of all planned maintenance requirements regulated by the maintenance programs. This person will also be responsible for recovery, support and coordination of deferred and routine maintenance including; station capability, workforce, facility, materials and tooling availability to accomplish planned events while providing oversight and direction to aircraft routing and operations for planned maintenance opportunities.
- Handle and ensures the timely compliance of all planned maintenance requirements regulated by the maintenance programs
- Recovery, support and management of deferred and routine maintenance including; station capabilities, workforce, facility, materials and tooling availability to accomplish planned events
- Provide recommendations and direction to aircraft routing and operations for planned maintenance opportunities
- Key collaborator in the coordination and planning for out of service aircraft and line hold work package plans
- Provides workload prioritization guidance to maintenance
- Access and use maintenance manuals and IPCs
- Review databases of both line and base maintenance capabilities and workforce availability to accurately plan and schedule work assignments
- Assure the company’s goals for safety, security and quality are met by continual compliance with the company Safety
- Management System (SMS) program and reporting through the appropriate process any non-compliance observations
- Support and uphold United’s metric goals and understanding how they relate to their duties and responsibilities

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
o High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
o 3 years in the aircraft maintenance industry
o Must be flexible and willing to work any shift in a 24 hour/7 day a week operation including weekends, nights and holidays
o Up to 10% travel
o Strong background and knowledge of aircraft and engine maintenance systems
o Knowledge of how to read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs and Engineering documents
o Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills

The Risk Management organization at United Airlines is responsible for, among other things, procuring goods and services and developing/managing relationships with third-party providers with the objective of reducing total cost and risk to United improving levels of quality, service, and technology.
The Sr. Manager – DT Supplier Risk Management leads optimization and execution of organizational purchasing strategies and processes to ensure timely and compliant procurement practices. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive procurement excellence supporting United’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives

Principal – Revenue Integrity
Becoming the best airline is an adventure. And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline.
Key Responsibilities:
Principal –Revenue Integrity is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of processes to reduce revenue leakage. Work scope includes identifying persistent patterns, policy loopholes, system defects, fraudulent activities, and finding solutions to mitigate their impacts. Focus on Travel Management Companies (TMCs) as well as any third-party travel distribution channels. The Principal provides subject matter expertise by participating in various projects and advocating for changes that improve the revenue quality of United. Additional responsibility for mentoring and providing direction to other RI analysts who will assist with execution and delivery of data analysis to support project objectives. As required, the Principal may need to work outside of normal business hours to support system releases, or to address time-critical needs
- Recapture Revenue: Develop, implement, and maintain processes that allow United to monitor violations of United’s Sales Contracts, Booking and Ticketing Policy, Contract of Carriage, and MileagePlus Program Rules, and recover revenue loss from such violations. Working in close communication/coordination with the Sales team to implement actions to stop revenue leakage
- Lead ad-hoc analytics projects: Provide strategic management support to other revenue integrity analysts, and to perform analysis and present findings for ad-hoc projects.
- RI system support and innovation: Provide expertise on technical and functional issues related to Revenue Integrity’s automation. Coordinate with the IT team and system users to document business requirement and conduct testing in order to enhance the system and/or remedy defects
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for ongoing improvement and collaborate with relevant partners to promote standard methodologies.

Ramp Service Employee – Part-Time
The Ramp Service Employee (RSE) is responsible for processing baggage, boxes, and/or cargo between baggage/cargo areas in the airport facilities and aircraft, as well as receiving and dispatching aircraft. We pride ourselves on being an on-time airline and are seeking dedicated individuals that understand a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards of operational safety and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lift baggage, boxes, or cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. when loading/unloading aircraft, carts, and containers
- Loading/unloading may require lifting over 100 items for a single aircraft
- Push/pull loaded and empty carts and containers during loading/unloading operations
- Couple/uncouple carts and/or cargo container dollies
- Ascend/descend jet-way stairs while carrying baggage
- Bend/stoop and crawl to move and stack/unstack cargo in aircraft and containers
- Complete safety checklists for motorized equipment
- Drive and operate motorized equipment (e.g., conveyor belt)
- Read and interpret aircraft load sheets, checked baggage tags, and cargo labels
- Count baggage/cargo being uploaded/unloaded during operations
- Use signaling devices to communicate with co-workers or flight crew
- Ensure compliance with United and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies
