This role will be responsible for the planning and individual execution of B2B digital display, programmatic and video campaigns. Working closely with internal team members the successful applicant will assist with the strategy, execute the campaign set up, execute campaign optimization and execute reporting the campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development of display, programmatic and Video campaign strategy
  • Execute in platform daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking, builds and performance measurement
  • Management of programs to ensure campaigns are optimally structured, setup, trafficked and are tracking correctly
  • Oversee creative development and approval process
  • Develop and present reporting and key insights on campaign performance
  • Evaluate and improve internal display processes to support strategic planning and implementation e.g., cost files, reporting set up, partner billing and audience setup

Skills and Experience:

  • Passion for digital marketing with an understanding of the complexity of the digital advertising landscape

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of in platform executing hands-on programmatic/direct partner and paid social experience on either client, agency, agency trading desk or programmatic technology teams
  • Experience managing B2B accounts with understanding of B2B audience activations
  • Experience across Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), ad serving and brand safety platforms
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience with CRM audience activation platforms

This role will partner with our Centers of Excellence, people technology teams, and business leaders to assist in the development and implementation of a multi-year digital strategic plan that transforms and sustains  our enterprise HR Core and Payroll functions. This role will be part of a team that leverages external perspective and internal thought leadership to co-develop a technology-focused ecosystem where HR Core and Payroll functions remain distinctly human in a new era of partnership between Human + Machine. This role will have close partnerships with the global payroll, operations, and technology teams, as well as key areas across the People Team, to enable and adopt new technologies and business processes across this new ecosystem.

This role will ensure that technology investments and system design support the long-term goals of our business. The role will influence and guide teams to foster a culture of process excellence, experimentation, and human centered design through technology. This role promotes a consulting-style culture and customer-first mindset when working with internal enablement and delivery partners.  This role is the voice of the customer with the People Technology Team.

  • Supports the development of the long-term HR Core and Payroll strategy
  • Shares responsibility for development of best practices and emerging technologies in the space
