GAME DAY
Our Sports Bar Hospitality Managers are on the front line, operating our sports bars on a day to day basis. As a Sports Bar Hospitality Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery and Server Team Member execution and overall performance (and Servers in some cases). It will be up to you to make sure that operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans. You’ll even have the opportunity to lead the sports bar’s in-house marketing initiatives and execute our rewards program.

You know the business. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.

What You Will Do
The Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll solutions across domestic and international operations. This position supports complex executive and multi‑state payrolls, conducts advanced reporting and reconciliation, and contributes to technical system improvements within SAP/SuccessFactors. Ideal candidates bring strong Payroll skills and advanced Excel skills to help ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and support strategic business needs. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
What You Bring To Freeport
- Four (4) years of experience in payroll, accounting, analytical or related fields OR
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of payroll, tax, or accounting experience
- Experience with year-end payroll and tax processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Experience with high-volume, multi-state, multi-company payroll processing
- Strong planning, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- 1 year SAP and ADP experience
What We Offer You
The estimated pay range for this role is currently $28.00 – $38.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
