What will you do ?
- Manage Subscription Partnerships: Identify and cultivate subscription partnerships to enhance platform growth. Strategize and execute initiatives to maximize partnership value and impact
- Negotiations: Assess potential partners across verticals and evaluate their suitability. Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership success. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align partnership objectives and strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content, marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to drive partnership initiatives. Ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall business goals and objectives
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Industry Awareness and Opportunity Identification: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities relevant to partnership initiatives. Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends
Who should apply for this role ?
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred

- Maintain a content calendar for the YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent flow of uploads
- Work with scheduling team to schedule and upload short-form video content to the Colors Bangla YouTube channel
- Work with the creative team to ensure putting up video titles, descriptions, and tags using relevant keywords
- Ensure all short-form clips accurately link back to their corresponding full episodes on JioCinema
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all links between platforms
Qualifications:
