Job Description

 

As a Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve simple business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

 

  • Preparation of Individual Tax Returns.
  • Attentive participation in training modules for the same.
  • Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to the Senior Associate / Manager.
  • Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge.
  • Attention to detail, deadline-oriented and able to manage time.
  • Respect and maintains confidentiality of client, staff, and firm information.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualification: Graduation should be B. Com / BBA / BBM / BMS
  • Score Cut Off: 50% across academics (10th, +2, UG, PG)
  • Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance & Taxation

Manager

Job Description:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax laws, regulations, and social security policies to guarantee compliance with all legal mandates.
  • Offer specialized advice and strategic recommendations to internal teams regarding tax planning, withholding responsibilities, and social security contributions.
  • Interpret and apply tax codes and regulations to evaluate the company’s global mobility tax liabilities and uncover tax-saving opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions, particularly for remote work arrangements.
  • Perform thorough audits of remote work populations and procedures, verifying accuracy and pinpointing potential compliance issues in tax and social security matters.
  • Devise and execute strategies aimed at minimizing tax exposure while remaining compliant with legal standards.
  • Contribute to the preparation and filing of tax returns and related documents for various tax jurisdictions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Address tax-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, informed responses.
  • Engage in tax planning meetings, aiding in the structuring of transactions for optimal tax efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes in tax laws and analyze their potential impact on the company’s operations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and consultants during tax audits and compliance evaluations.
  • Conduct educational sessions for internal teams on tax and social security issues to raise awareness and comprehension.

Qualifications

Specialist

Job Description

 

  • Prepare, review, and process territory invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all invoices are compliant with company policies and contractual agreements.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing and billing.
  • Prepare regular reports on invoicing activities and performance metrics.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of invoicing data with accounting records.
  • Single point of contact for all Credit Card needs for the VVN employees.
  • Review employees credit card application and ensure application comply with all norms.
  • Follow-up with employees for making payment on time.
  • Resolve all queries related to Credit card.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all credit card activities.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on invoicing or similar activities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Prior SAP knowledge will be preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

KYC Analyst

Job Description

  • Execute AML compliance tasks, including periodic reviews and data validation for Vialto clients.
  • Conduct research and assess risks in line with AML/KYC/Sanctions regulations.
  • Manage workflow processes from initiation to completion using company tools.
  • Analyze client data for accurate identification of individuals, UBOs, and PEP involvement.
  • Synthesize information from multiple global sources for Risk & Compliance evaluation.
  • Organize and prioritize workload effectively, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Oversee incoming cases and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure adequate data for AML/KYC checks.
  • Opportunity for quality assurance, including reviewing junior staff work and providing training.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in History/Literature/English Hons
  • 1-2 years of experience in AML or KYC (Not Mandatory)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn industry compliance standards and international regulations.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new applications.
