Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager – Small Modules at Waaree Group in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales of small solar modules, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship skills
  • Experience in the solar energy industry or related field
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Human Resources (HR) Internship

Senior Sales Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Special Modules to join our team in Mumbai. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our special modules. Also, he will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative specialized solar modules across India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the renewable energy sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for Flexible Modules.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including solar installers, distributors, and end-users.

· Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions tailored to their needs.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

· Represent Waaree Energies at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

The Role will include travel for customer and field visits
