Sustainability Project Manager – Waste

The Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) Sustainability Project Manager for the Waste Portfolio will support the development of DSE business-specific sustainability commitments, as well as other strategic portfolio efforts directly connected to waste reduction, waste diversion, and Cast/Crew/Leadership engagement strategies in support of TWDC 2030 environmental goals.

This position will leverage robust project management skills to support strategy development efforts, working deeply integrating with multi-discipline DSE teams across technical and operational areas, Finance, Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), Sourcing, Public Affairs, and Corporate Sustainability. DSE includes Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures and Expeditions, Disney Institute, and Storyliving by Disney.

The DSE Sustainability project manager for the waste portfolio is responsible for research and benchmark analysis, synthesizing diverse inputs, including environmental, financial, and operational analyses, and supporting the identification of creative opportunities for DSE to demonstrate leadership through sustainability. This role requires a challenging balance of highly analytical, detail-oriented project management skills with strong influence, integration, and facilitation skills.  The project manager will support cross-functional project teams to successfully develop, review, and implement sustainability strategies directly connected to waste and our 2030 business-specific commitments with leadership across DSE, DPEP, and TWDC Corporate Sustainability.

This position is based in Celebration, Florida.

You Will:

  • Collect and synthesize input from leaders and subject matter experts throughout DSE, supporting the development, coordination and delivery of multiple projects aligned to the waste portfolio.
  • Manage project timelines and proactively identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues.
  • Generate business solutions and concisely communicate options for senior leader review and approval.
  • Develop strong partnerships with DSE partners, including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, Public Affairs, and Corporate Sustainability.
  • Partner closely with the DSE Sustainability Metrics and Analytics team in the development and execution of a business-wide waste study measurement strategy. A high degree of flexibility will be required in logistics and delivery, which may include in-field, off-site work, and occasional travel.

  • 3+ years’ experience managing change, balancing priorities, and handling confidential information.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience developing environmental strategies with multi-discipline teams including operations, engineering, and other business partners.
  • 3+ years’ experience developing or executing decarbonization, zero waste, water stewardship, or biodiversity strategies.
  • Previous experience working within DSE and/or TWDC with proven relationships.
  • Previous experience with multi-site sustainability efforts within TWDC.
  • Understanding of TWDC environmental goals and targets
  • Ability to work with and influence Cast/Crew within all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment, including collaboration and project management tools

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental sustainability, engineering or related field

Preferred Education

  • Sustainability-related certification or educational experience
  • Project Management related certification or educational experience
  • Zero Waste Certification or related experience

Storyboard Revisionist – Unannounced Disney Series (Disney Television Animation)

We are looking for Storyboard Revisionists to join an Unannounced Series at Disney Television Animation!

Responsibilities

As a Storyboard Revisionist, you will make revisions to the storyboards after the Storyboard Artists have completed their pass. Such changes could include the following:

  • Addressing acting, hookups, extra poses, etc.
  • Fleshing out a scene or cleaning up rough panels
  • Ensuring that characters and designs are on model and to proper proportions
  • Utilizing director provided thumbnail sketches to reboard or restage, if necessary
  • Conforming boards to animatic
  • Adding screen direction, dialog, action notes, and other details for clarity
  • Adhering to the production schedule provided by Line Producer to ensure shipping deadlines are met
  • Additional duties as necessary, or as defined by individual contracts

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • Knowledge of software and hardware including Cintiq, Toon Boon Storyboard Pro, Photoshop and other applicable storyboarding software
  • Ability to align with the style and sensibility of the show
  • Strong in comedy, action, emotional storytelling, and character interaction
  • Strong staging, composition and cinematography skills
  • Strong draftsmanship and ability to draw characters on model and in a three-dimensional setting
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior knowledge and experience working in television animation production pipelines

Disney+ Growth Marketing Operations Intern, Summer/Fall 2025

If so, this may be the perfect internship for you! We are looking for an Intern to support the Landing Page Optimization and SEO Team within the Growth Marketing Department. If selected for this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Media Strategy. The approximate dates of this internship are July 2025 through January 2026.

What You Will Do

You will have an opportunity to work with different marketing and product teams on various projects that support the growth of our streaming business! During the program, you will develop a deep understanding of Disney+ landing pages and signup flows. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for design, is self-motivated with a drive to go above and beyond. On any given day you might:

  • Work closely with our landing page team to build new landing pages and understand website goals, user needs, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for website updates and improvements
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate web layouts and user flows

The Technology Procurement Analyst I is responsible for the procurement of goods and services and related vendor payments for DEEP&T. You will work closely with DEEP&T business groups to procure goods and contract requests timely and accurately and in compliance with required delivery dates and departmental guidelines. You will work with budget owners and project managers to assist with any purchasing requirements to help support budget management. You will confirm DEEP&T leadership approvals have occurred, Strategic Sourcing has been engaged (where applicable), and the correct legal documentation is in place before committing to procure any goods or services. You will also provide SAP/Maximo purchasing troubleshooting as necessary.

What You Will Do:

  • Support DEEP&T with the procurement of goods and service and ensure proper account coding.
  • Understand TWDC policies and procedures and procure goods and services within the set guidelines.
  • Receive all invoices, obtain proper approvals, and perform Service Entries in SAP.
  • Review blocked invoices and perform research to resolve vendor payment issues.
  • Provide periodic SAP reporting as requested, including vendor history, purchasing trends, project actual/committed spend, etc.
  • Run and review PO open commitment reports for capital and operating expense to ensure accuracy in dollars remaining and delivery dates.
  • Provide SAP purchasing, Maximo, and ProPath troubleshooting/training as necessary.
  • Identify and create efficiencies to streamline and simplify the procurement process for DEEP&T.
  • Backup other Procurement Analysts and support other special projects as needed.
  • Research issues for the team as needed.
  • Support Management of the DEEP&T Portfolio Management team as needed.

What You Will Bring:

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 0+ years of experience in fast-moving procurement business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent business experience with administrative or procurement/contract background.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the working knowledge of SAP procure-to-pay processes and tax policies.
  • Understanding of work breakdown structures used within SAP.
  • Subject matter knowledge of procurement processes related to Technology (vendors, equipment, etc.), general working knowledge of legal contracts, and understanding of basic finance (Capital Expenses vs Operational Expenses) a plus.
