This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possess a unique blend of creative and business skills combined with the ability to deliver results! This individual will support the execution of synergy initiatives and custom multi-platform promotions to drive awareness, engagement and interest for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Disney Plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Synergy team in the development and execution of synergy initiatives across TWDC to drive awareness of Walt Disney Studios’ film releases.
  • Responsible for being an efficient, communicative and collaborative team player, contributing creative ideas and executing plans efficiently
  • Work in partnership with Director & Manager to execute overall marketing plans for theatrical/streaming/in-home releases
  • Ensure plan/execution details are updated weekly within marketing briefs/plans/production/delivery charts so team and all relevant departments and/or partners know plan details/approaching deadlines
  • Work with Director/Manager to ensure all budgets and reporting documents are up to date and accurate
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners across TWDC and with external networks
  • Liaise with related departments to execute marketing plans (Creative Content, Publicity, Online, Creative Print Services, Creative Media, Media, Legal and Finance)
  • Participate in internal idea generation for film releases
  • Work with legal and marketing groups to obtain approvals for creative elements
  • Spearhead In-Home Integrated Marketing & Synergy Plans
  • Execute added value promotions with 3rd party cable networks with direction from Director & Manager
  • Manage Synergy Giveback Efforts
  • Send out timely tune-in notices to alert Marketing division of broadcast hits
  • Take on additional projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent computer proficiency – Mac & Windows: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful interaction with senior executives, business unit contacts, and key external partners

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $64,300 to $86,200 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Distribution Associate

The Corporate Real Estate Operations group is responsible for day-to-day facilities and operations management of owned and leased facilities to ensure business is conducted in a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and that the value of Company physical assets is protected and enhanced.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Performs package logistics from receiving, shipping, handling, tagging, and deployment
  • Identify potentially dangerous and hazardous materials on vehicles destined for the ESPN Bristol campus

Royalties Analyst

Job Summary:

Disney Music Group is currently seeking an Artist Royalties Analyst for DMG’s Recorded Music Royalties team.This role will focus primarily on DMG’s catalog releases, and will be involved in all aspects of artist royalties, including interpreting agreements for recorded music participants (e.g., artists and producers), reviewing and updating existing set-ups, preparing accurate and timely royalty statements, requesting payments, clearing accruals, calculating union obligations, responding to internal and external inquiries.

The hiring range for this remote position is $108,200 to $152,200 per year, which factors in various geographic regions.
