Product Marketing Director

The Director of Product Marketing is a subject-matter expert who develops go-to-market (GTM) strategies for products and solutions in their assigned area. This includes product positioning, marketing strategy, and sales enablement to drive buyer awareness and achieve desired business outcomes. The Director leads product and solution launches across departments, identifies and prioritizes product features, and provides consulting and management support to the assigned business initiative.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Create a GTM strategy for assigned products, markets, and solutions, and ensure that execution of the plan drives business goals
  • Manage platform and point-solution initiatives to focus sales efforts and ensure the achievement of revenue and profit goals for specific solutions
  • Drive the development, execution, and delivery of thought leadership content (webinars, blogs, white papers, etc.) to advance credibility and awareness, and drive pipeline
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Sales Operations, and Field Readiness for successful sales roll-outs of sales enablement and support tools
  • Develop product positioning and complete competitive analysis
  • Consult with customers in partnership with Product Management and Sales to explore product and market opportunities
  • Identify key functional, ecosystem, and operational requirements to serve the targeted market better
  • Provide consulting and management support to marketing and sales areas, identifying emerging market opportunities

What You’ll Need

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or closely related roles that could include: product management, industry or corporate marketing, and sales

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous business-to-business (B2B) marketing or product marketing experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, sales channel support preferred
  • Proficiency in implementing product-led growth go-to-market strategies, approaches, and tactics
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, spanning from buyers and end-users to executive management
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating and influencing cross-functional leadership teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Customer Success
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to derive insights from data for decision-making.

How You’ll Be Rewarded

 

✅ Salary range in the US: $147,000.00 – $250,000.00

Regional Account Executive – Dutch Speaker

The Regional Account Executive is responsible for obtaining new business and customer expansion sales opportunities from Executive-level buyers and influencers in either private or publicly traded companies.

 

Successful candidates will build relationships (from canvas over partnerships to retention) and identify Parseport products and solutions. The objective is to deliver a solution for increasing XBRL reporting needs – primarily for assigned accounts in the Dutch market. Sales growth is attained through new customer subscriptions and through upsell/cross sell to the existing Parseport product portfolio including professional services.

 

This role will be focused on selling ParsePort software solutions to primarily net new customer accounts in the Netherlands. ParsePort is a part of the Workiva group of companies.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Actively seek out sales opportunities and capture new customer business opportunities
  • Establish partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline
  • Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver a compelling demonstration of the Parseport solutions
  • Skillfully address customer objections – removing obstacles – and finding solutions to various client challenges
  • Lead the sales process naturally – guiding it to a close by effectively showcasing Parseport’s value proposition of ‘XBRL made simple’
  • Regularly and promptly update customer relationship management tools to report customer contacts being part of a regional sales team
  • Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy with purposeful action to secure the sale

  • 2+ years experience in a related role – complex software or technology sales – preferably SaaS solutions
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch

Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist will manage a large portfolio (150+) of small customer accounts with a strong focus on automation, client retention and upsell. This is a low touch/high volume model and requires strong customer relationship management & technical skills. This role will be our main point of contact for these customers during their time with Workiva’s contract life cycle. The Customer Success Specialist will help drive value realization and return on the client’s investment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize a variety of communication strategies to drive end user engagement and maximize product adoption
  • Understand the Workiva Platform functionality and be able to map to customer objectives
  • Understand our customers’ behavior and identify opportunities for customer experience improvement
  • Iterate on the tech touch program by developing cadences of value-driving “tech touches” across the customer journey: onboarding, adoption, impact, expansion/renewal
