Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory – Azure/AWS, SQL

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Technical Degree)
  • Technical Support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Software & Services Technology (SST) / Capture & Content and AP Technology.
    Specific Job Duties:
  • Answering email and/or phone calls from Service Delivery Operations personnel related to requests for action, or issues with the managed service technical solution that require resolution
  • Obtaining pertinent information from User to enable complete and accurate recording of the request or issue for eventual resolution
    Entering pertinent information into a ticketing system for escalation to appropriate resolver group.
  • Provide timely and proactive communication to customers on open cases, not letting cases remain in progress without an update depending upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Triage ticket and resolve rudimentary issues. Escalate to next appropriate Resolver Group for more complex technical issues.
  • Take lead on dispositioning of all tickets entered by self and doing a proper follow up with appropriate escalation teams until resolution
    Become adept in the use of the ticketing system, and routing to corresponding resolver groups without reliance on a call script to guide her/him
  • Take feedback from Manager for corrections and/or improvements after review of Production, Feedback, and Implementation for updates, questions, correct type assignment, Quality Accuracy, SLA delivery, etc.
  • Contribute to an online Knowledge Base on a regular basis, and update out of date solutions to provide clients with a valuable self-service platform to use before engaging Customer Care resources (Level 1)

4-6 Years’ Hands on Quality Assurance Experience

 

Purpose:


•  Responsible for those automation and functional testing and skills required for analysis, design, coding, integration, test & maintenance of software modules

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Using Selenium automation programming languages, he\she would be capable for writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
  • Understand requirements; Design, Develop and Maintain Manual Test Suites.
  • Enhancements/recommendations to platform software as defined under the scrum process guidance.
  • Analyze product test requirements and provide impact assessment for testing new features or bug fixes.
  • Work closely with Product Team and provide Test Estimates, Risks, and practices.
  • Identify, report, and manage defects in Defect Tracking System.
  • Enforce quality processes and ensure all the project agreed deliverables are completed the required level of quality.
  • Acting as a key contributor throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Supporting the Agile and Scrum methodologies utilized by the Platform Development organization to maintain tight schedules and high-quality code bases for all of the offerings that the organization supports.
  • Owning and practicing solid technical, quality and process practices
  • Good communication skills

Validation Trainee plays an integral role in the entire Capture and Content cycle as the invoices to be delivered to the customer are thoroughly Validated by them. Areas of Expertise and Focus:
• Basic Computers knowledge including Excel & internet.
• Should be able to handle high pressures and act in a composed manner.
• Must have good Communication skills, a Logical thinker & a Team player.
• Understand customer requirements & meet the deadlines as per the SLA.
• The candidate having knowledge of basic invoicing and related AP processes is preferable.
