Job description :
– Develop and own Product strategy & roadmaps, drive the product development from concept to launch
– Keep a product back-log and manage prioritization of features working closely with Engineering teams.
– Partner with end user teams to capture the needs and requirements through market research/ Benchmarking and stakeholder discussions
– Translate the business needs into product requirement documents and mock ups.
– Partner with architects and drive technical solutions, support engineering with design finalization.
– Continuously assess the internal product capabilities, evaluate potential for improvement for making the products simple and robust
– Partner with Process Engineering and leadership team to align on long term capabilities inline with Organizational goals.
– Be diligent in Product testing and own the Product performance through Product life cycle.
Skill Sets :
– Good understanding of Product management methodologies

– Responsible for overall project handling for any new initiative or enhancement in existing reports/dashboard.
Roles and responsibilities :
– Manage all aspects of the projects
– Understand stakeholder’s vision, understand business need & impact, requirement elicitation, documentation, feature understanding, table schemas, challenges in development, fulfil all the need for development, UAT before going live, UAT support post going live, feedback analysis, RCA etc.
– Ensuring data quality for all the projects
– Design curated layer table structure
– Provide business solutions based on data available or feature knowledge
– Proactively automate reports and dashboards
– Create & maintain documents such as BRD, PRD, RTM, process flow, test cases, PoC, etc
– Requirement Gathering, understanding, and creating documentation of business needs and solutions
