Within the Corporate Finance Department, the Compensation Lead will lead the ongoing design, execution, and administration of Allegis compensation programs globally. This role acts as an internal consultant and strategic business partner, making recommendations to meet current and future business needs while maintaining market competitiveness. The Compensation Lead ensures pay programs support organizational objectives, partners with leadership and vendors, and ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
