About Role:
Business compliance Managers Business compliance managers are responsible for ensuring that a company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to operate ethically and within legal boundaries. Their role is crucial in preventing legal issues, regulatory violations, and reputational damage.
Developing and Implementing Compliance Programs:
● Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs tailored to the company’s industry and regulatory environment and client’s requirements.
● Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Monitoring and Assessing Compliance:
● Regularly monitor business activities, transactions, and practices to identify potential compliance issues.

Requirements

Educations and Skills:

VP- Key Account management

Requirements

Experience Required: 

10-15 years in lending platforms, LOS, digital lending, co-lending, business rule engine (BRE). Experience in solutioning sales specialization, preferably GTM expertise in BFSI tech product/SaaS, enterprise solutions.(detailed criteria shared in the last section).

Sr. Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of debugging day-to-day issues, identifying root causes, improving broken processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, debug, and enhance system performance, contributing to a more efficient and reliable infrastructure.

    • Investigate and resolve daily production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring stability.

    • Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.

  2. Data Analysis and Query Writing:
