Category Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● All off App GTM creation as well as execution for categories assigned to you

● Own category growth KRA, including full project management, creation and

maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and

deliverables.

● Ability to lead both at the strategic level and also manage tactically

day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains

● Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights to drive category

growth

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including category, brand,

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Domain Skills:

Should have deep understanding of –

HR related agencies like recruitment agencies, travel & stay agencies, event management agencies, corporate gifting agencies.

Admin-related agencies like Security, housekeeping & pest control agencies.

Gig worker-related consumable suppliers for uniforms, bags, jackets etc.

Corporate services like lead generation, insurance etc.

Ability to evaluate & finalize commercials/rates for above services.
