Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Rider Shift Incharge at Zepto. The role involves overseeing daily shift operations, managing delivery schedules, coordinating with riders, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. While the role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Qualifications

Your Role
As part of the Growth team, you will own all key goals with respect to the cohort (First time buyers/ Early Life cycle buyers/ Lapsed buyers) – Growth (orders), Retention, Conversion, Profitability etc. This is an end to end CLM role where the expectation is to look at all various levers to fasten graduation, improve retention & drive more orders sustainably from the said cohort.
KRAs –
- Responsible for delivering Orders & Profitability mandate for the cohort
- Work closely with stakeholders – Product, tech, CRM etc to shape best possible consumer experience for the cohort

Position Overview:
As the Senior Manager of Process Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and process innovation across various verticals of the organization. This is a highly dynamic role requiring a versatile, generalist background and the ability to create and implement structures and processes across different functions. You’ll also need strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in SQL for data analysis, and the ability to create impactful dashboards. In addition, you’ll manage a team and play a key role in recruitment efforts as we scale our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generalist Approach: Work across multiple verticals within the organization, building processes, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing operations across different departments.
- Data-Driven Process Improvement: Use strong analytical skills to evaluate existing processes and drive improvements. Proficiency in SQL is essential for developing dashboards and providing key insights to stakeholders.
