Group Product Manager- Pharmacy

Role Overview
As a Group Product Manager – Pharmacy, you will own and drive the product roadmap for Zepto’s pharmacy vertical. You’ll shape customer experiences, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborate across teams to build scalable, tech-driven pharmacy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
-Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Zepto Pharmacy.
-Align product goals with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Customer Experience:
-Understand customer pain points and develop intuitive, accessible solutions for medicine ordering, delivery, and healthcare service interactions.
-Drive product features that enhance user trust, ensure accurate prescriptions, and improve fulfillment reliability.
Operational Excellence:
-Partner with supply chain and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy, order tracking, and last-mile delivery performance.
-Leverage data analytics to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
Metrics & Analysis:
-Define KPIs and measure the success of new features and initiatives.
-Continuously iterate on product improvements based on data-driven insights.
What You’ll Need
Experience:
-6-12years in product management, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare, e-commerce, or logistics platforms.
-Experience in launching and scaling healthcare/pharmacy products is a strong plus.

Director of Product -Marketplace Dynamics
At Zepto Marketplace Dynamics org, you will be responsible for setting the vision and executing it – how should we think about ensuring consistent 10 min SLAs to our customers at minimal cost, how should we think about ensuring enough supply on our platform at any point in time, how should we think about delivery pricing, what are levers do we have to maintain a balanced marketplace across Riders, Customer, and Zepto, how should we think about trade-offs across all dimensions including costs vs speed vs reliability. You will operate as a key thought leader and decision-maker within the org across both business and tech and will work with a broad set of cross-functional partners across business development, sales, operations, data science, design, engineering, and more!

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8+ years of work experience in Product Management for Product Manager and 4+ years of work experience in Senior Product Manager role.
- Strong preference (though not mandatory) for folks with Product management or Startup experience in the supply chain and e-commerce space.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in supply chain or logistics-focused roles.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems, forecasting models, and optimization algorithms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in eCommerce, quick commerce, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Senior Manager – Reporting and Automations
The Senior Manager – Reporting and Automation role is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) department’s daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable Management & Reporting:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
