Project Manager
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Manager for our Project Management Office (PMO). The responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, liaisoning with the customer, project governance. To be successful as a PMO Manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, should be well organised and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Compliance :
– Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate with Client onsite team and support project team with discussion, reviews and sign-off of major deliverables.
– Deliverables Management: Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts for smooth business delivery.
– Governance & Control: Manage the governance process including tracking SLA/KPIs, monitoring, reporting status of project deliverables.

– Handle the end-to-end invoice processing of the project.
– Gather inputs for invoicing (license utilisation, SLA metrics, onboarding user tracking etc ) and support sales team with billing and receivables tracking.
– Ensure that all project-related invoices are linked to purchase orders, contracts, and delivery milestones, tracking the financial status of the project involved.
– Collaborate with purchasers to resolve discrepancies or disputes related to invoicing, contract terms, or payment schedules.
– Ensure timely and accurate payments from purchasers by adhering to the agreed contractual terms, escalating any issues to senior management as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
– A Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
