Visual Designer
We’re looking for a Visual Designer—with 2-3 years of experience—to join our Brand Marketing team. Someone who can create impactful creatives and videos across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and the web. The role requires working closely with social media and content marketers to help them deliver the best content with creative visuals and videos.
In this role, you’ll be adept at taking an idea, imagery, or video footage along with inputs from key stakeholders and turning them into a creative solution. You are expected to know the best practices when it comes to social media and creative content. You must have experience working with all the standard software packages required, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and the broader Adobe suite.
While we’re a fairly large company, we do operate like a startup in many ways. So, you will be given a good amount of responsibility from day one. You should be resourceful and be able to work on your own with little supervision as well as work in a team environment that has multiple moving parts (design, marketing, and PR teams).
An ideal candidate should be proficient in:
- Creating graphics, illustrations, and animations for various marketing channels
- Producing and editing engaging videos and images; includes editing footage, adding animations, audio and effects, optimizing for various platforms, etc
- Collaborating and communicating with teams to ensure alignment with brand and goal

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
