Advanced Services Rooms Designer
As a Solution Architect, for Zoom Rooms, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing complex systems that integrate seamlessly with Zoom’s communication platform.
Your expertise will ensure that each solution aligns with the client’s needs while optimizing performance and reliability across a broad range of systems. You will design complex Zoom Rooms systems, create technical documentation, and ensure solutions align with client needs and business objectives. You will lead design activities, coordinate team efforts, and provide expert guidance on technical architecture and design decisions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

The team you will be part of is responsible for delivering Zoom Rooms systems and solutions at scale. This group collaborates cross-functionally across engineering, product development, and client success teams, working closely with clients to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. What we’re looking for
- Have experience in system design, architecture, and implementation for Zoom Rooms and related technology solutions.
- Be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and create detailed design documentation, including scope of work, functional specifications, bill of materials, and architectural drawings
- Have experience in guiding client projects from inception through installation, ensuring the solutions meet both technical and business objectives.
- Experience with a range of technology solutions and platforms (including but not limited to AVIXA CTS/CTSD, AQAV CQD, AutoCAD, DANTE, and manufacturer-specific certifications).
- Experience in designing and delivering solutions in a collaborative environment, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Have problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.

Realtime DevOps Engineer
The Zoom for Government organization is responsible for the critical production environment of Zoom For Government’s product suite. We drive operational excellence for Zoom infrastructure through tooling and automation.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer role
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Have proficiency with Python and Shell scripting, and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible)
- Have experience installing, configuring, and monitoring Linux systems in physical data centers
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Argo CD)
- Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g. Terraform)
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g. ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
