IT Network Security Analyst
Responsibilities
Network Security Analyst, will serve as the primary liaison between IT and OT teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing security initiatives and concerns, as well as providing clear communication and education on these topics to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, this role will represent the ISRC team during cybersecurity audits, particularly for 3M manufacturing sites, and ensure that all security measures and practices comply with relevant regulations and standards. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Communicate and identify security initiatives and concerns.
- Provide security guidance on IAM and access
- Review and provide feedback on cybersecurity for new technologies
- Communicate security initiatives and educate on same
- Provide advice and guidance where OT can impact IT cybersecurity
- Identifying and coordinating the testing of traffic between business networks
- ISRC Security approver for solutions screening when OT requests are made
- Meet with requestors and help ensure compliance with ISRC standards
- Represent ISRC in the cybersecurity audits where 3M manufacturing sites are in scope
- Validate the auditor findings
- Ensure the compliance around remediation is appropriate and accomplished
Your Skills And Expertise

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Six (6) years of IT/OT Experience in a private, public, government or military environment

- Experience with project management tools and agile methodology.
