ASM – Marketing

The Team leader Area Sales Management is the main contact person for the assigned countries. He answers the technical and commercial questions of the SC’s either by himself or with the specialists within the PC Flowtec DA organization. He defines together with HOD and maintains country specific agreements. He is responsible for the organisation of the year end and half year meetings. Depending upon the need he participates in the strategic industry business planning of the countries and ensures that the interests of Flowtec are represented in the business plans.

He assists the SC’s in country specific activities like exhibitions and customer seminars.

Also the roll out of new products according to the standard

Main Task :

  • Leading the Team
  • Coaching the Business Development  for the assigned countries
  • Develop joint Flow Business Plan with SC (industry/ product/national Key accounts)
  • Converts industry /customer initiatives into a commercial framework
  • Transfer the product know how to respective SC
  • Collect , asses & transfer market trends, product requirements and feedbacks from the assigned countries to HOD.
  • Assists assigned countries in their activities like exhibitions, customer seminars…..
  • General contact for SC requests ( Technical, Commercial etc)
  • Interaction with SC for general activities

Participation at global Flow PM Meeting & network meetings.

 

  • Roll out of new products in the assigned countries
  • Target sheet process for the assigned countries
  • Planning and execution of year end meetings and other business meetings
  • Ensures that the interests of Flowtec are represented in their business planning
  • Defines and ensures the phase out planning of products
  • Answering of commercial and technical questions from the countries.
  • Responsible for in house customer visits and FAT’s
  • Managerial functions (Employee selection, performance review, …)

Budgeting (employee’s, traveling …), strategy, planning & scheduling, Legal metrology, Local approvals, CCOE , DGMS, BIS, local testing’s.

Equipment Engineer

SummaryResponsible for the Equipment Engineer processes and technologies to support business targets.
Prime Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair existing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment.
  • Ensure equipment meets all safety standards and complies with regulations.
  • Determine root cause of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment problems and develop solutions.
  • Create and maintain equipment performance metrics and track progress over time.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans for capacity, downtime, or maintenance periods in production.
  • Deliver continuous improvements via capital investments, efficiency gains and through reductions in waste.
  • Controlling the Power & Water Cost
  • Control the repair & maintenance cost. 
  • Spare parts management​.
  • Initiate and lead TPM activities across the plant.

Minimum Education/ Experience

Job Description for Manager Retrofit and Calibration Rigs – Technology

Candidate must be 

–     B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputed engineering institutes

–     17 + years’ experience from Engineering Company.

– Experience in production processes and people management

–     Experience in complex Project Management

–     Experience in manufacturing complex machines with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics related assemblies, project equipment manufacturing

–     Must have a good command of written and spoken English.

– Knowledge of German is an advantage.

– Willingness to travel in India and abroad.

–     You must have a working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications. – Mechanical & electrical CAD knowledge is preferred.

–     Understanding of Engineering Drawing is essential along with GD&T.

–     Experience with QMS requirements.

–     To be self-motivated and can work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Expected Job responsibilities 

–     To manage retrofit and calibration rig manufacturing projects.

– To manage onsite global traveling teams for retrofit activities and the overall shop floor

management.

–     To Plan and schedule resources to ensure time-bound completion of projects. – To Maintain the documentation

–     To Support budget and monitoring Capex

–     To Ensure material and resources availability for timely completion of the project

–     Single point of contact for ongoing global projects

–     Co-responsible for the strategic development of team and the team tasks
