Lead – Retail Command Centre in the marketing is a critical position responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the retail command center. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various retail channels. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: 
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.

Reporting to the Head of D2D, the Sr. Manager – D2D App Development will be responsible for developing and maintaining a mobile application to support our D2D business operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling seamless ordering and delivery experiences for our customers and optimizing operational efficiency for our distribution network.

App Development
  • Execute the development of a mobile application to support D2D business operations, including tracking customer demands, ta distributors and retail outlets, and facilitating order delivery.

Data Management
  • Ensure the app effectively tracks and manages customer data, including preferences, location information, and order history, in compliance with data privacy regulations.
