Job Description

  • Understand client requirements and provide expert advice on SAP HCM solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time, Payroll, and other related modules
  • Lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM solutions
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as IT and HR, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP HCM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HCM and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Technical knowledge: have a strong understanding of the SAP HCM module and its various sub-modules, including payroll, time management, and benefits. They should be able to navigate the system, troubleshoot issues, and make changes as needed.
  • Business acumen: have a good understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Project management: have experience in leading or participating in SAP HCM projects, and knowledge of project management methodologies such as AGILE, Waterfall, etc.
  • Communication skills: have strong verbal and written communication skills, as they will need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: have strong analytical skills, and be able to interpret data and identify patterns and trends.
  • Technical writing: able to write technical documents such as functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and user guides.

Investor Relation Manager

Job Description

The Investor Relations Associate’s main duty is to assist the business in carrying out its investor relations program by enhancing shareholder value by effectively communicating JSP’s strategy, financial results, and operational details to the financial community, including investors and sell side research analysts.

By examining financial research and data and evaluating JSP against competitors, the associate will also help our management team to gain a better understanding of JSP’s positioning and upcoming trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-going information to executive/management team regarding equity research analyst positions and summaries, stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Communication, Marketing and Strategy teams in preparing the company’s messaging for the financial community including earnings calls, investor presentations at conferences, non-deal roadshows, etc.
  • Supports the Quarterly earnings results process, schedule, and the content of strategic news releases including press releases.
  • Develop and maintain robust understanding of business drivers and metrics; identify/track key themes and topics for investor discussion to appraise the senior management on emerging trends.
  • Competitive and strategic analysis on JSP, its peers, and the industry as well as buy/sell-side trends to help keep management aware of the markets and investor views on the company.

Added preference:

  • Strong understanding of finance, excel modelling skills are a must.
  • CA or Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or another relevant field.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience with any reasonably sized company in IR/strategy role.
  • Ability to interpret information and financial concepts for the investment community and management and apply them in business analysis situations.
  • Experience with financial research tools such as Bloomberg is a plus.

Strong organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage flow of information from various departments.
