What role you will play in our team
As a Commercial & Land Advisor working at ExxonMobil, you will be a part of world class teams and gain hands-on experience and skills working on projects that create an impact.
What You Will Do
- Handle land-related responsibilities in designated geographic area with limited supervision
- Manage brokers for title research and due diligence
- Obtain Title Opinions and cure defects
- Review and draft leases, term assignments, and contracts and give guidance on any critical dates or obligations to the team
- Assist with preparation of all necessary documents to drill exploratory and/or development wells, as well as diligently perform lease maintenance
- Negotiate with other companies and/or individuals in preparation of term assignments, operating agreements and farm-out agreements Leverage network and relationships to negotiate acreage trades, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Work with other technical functions on in a designated geographical area for development planning and execution
- Job may include travel
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- ExxonMobil is seeking applicants with Upstream oil and gas knowledge and 3+ years of in-house land experience with a Bachelors in Energy Management/Energy Commerce, Law Degree, or Master of Business Administration.
- Applicants must have excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to deliver results in a performance-driven and team-oriented environment.

Commercial Analyst
As an analyst within our Low Carbon Solutions team, you will be a key player in the strategy and execution of our business. You will participate in building full-cycle foundational analysis for transactions, including the formulation of financial analysis and preparing internal and external presentations.
What You Will Do
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential transactions
- Support transaction due diligence processes, including extensive data analysis, preparing internal and external presentation materials, and company and sector research
- Assist in the transaction execution process and the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including investment memoranda and presentations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external advisors to gather information and assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the deal process
- Support business development initiatives across the existing portfolio
- Complete market research and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends identifying potential future transactions
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering
- 1-2 years experience in investment banking or similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and highly proficient in Excel-based financial modeling (e.g., discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, comparable acquisition analysis)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Sense of ownership of work product and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet time sensitive deadlines, often working with multiple managers

What you will do
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality video content from concept to completion. - Expertise in Davinci Resolve 18/19
