The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing wireframes, mailers, banners and ad set creatives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce designs that enhance user experience and align with the brand guidelines.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification – Graduation in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field from a design-centric university.

Experience – over 3 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer. Would prefer knowledge of digital marketing as well.

 

Key Responsibilities

Wireframe Design:

– Design wireframes for website pages ensuring intuitive user experience and seamless navigation.

– Collaborate with the digital tech team to translate wireframes into final design layouts.

– Design with animation to improve clicks.

Mailers and Banners:

– Create engaging email designs and banners for marketing campaigns.

– Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics and optimize designs for different platforms and devices.

 

Ad Set Creatives:

– Develop creative assets for ad campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, and other digital advertising formats.

– Work with the marketing team to align ad creatives with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.

 

Visual Design:

– Design visuals for webpages and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders.

– Adapt and modify existing designs based on feedback and new requirements.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

– Work closely with creative agencies, brand teams, IT and other relevant stakeholders.

– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.

 

Skills and Competencies

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).

2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

3. Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
