What You’ll Do

The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program.

Logistics Coordinator
What to Expect
What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders on rail yard operations
- Work closely with corresponding Tesla Logistics Analyst– ensuring open communications, and a complete understanding of all internal processes and procedures
- Act as a liaison with local Tesla Delivery and Service teams by performing frequent local service center visits and proactively communicating concerns through internal systems
- Collaborate with local Tesla Service Center teams to identify and mitigate local logistics concerns
- Perform frequent yard inventory audits
- Report any discrepancies and help to improve processes and increase productivity
- Resolve inbound concerns from field teams ensuring high quality service to internal stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- 2 – 5 years in Supply Chain and Yard Management experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends contingent on business needs
- Ability to travel to various Tesla locations as needed, up to 20% of the time
- Access to reliable transportation to navigate between different Tesla sites
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel and other database systems
