The Supervisor, Insights and Engagement Planner will manage a cross-functional, brand-level, shared-services team that supports marketing clients and agency Account teams. by providing 1) proprietary strategic insights (market, category, audience, etc); 2) strategically driven promotional media planning and implementation; and 3) associated analytics measurement and reporting. This team serves as a partner to PACIFIC agency teams with institutional knowledge and deep brand expertise.
This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to commute to our Irvine, CA office at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of cross-functional employees, including insights strategists, media planners and buyers, and analytics specialists resourced to approved Scopes of Work
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including planning, delivery, and reporting of programs and metrics
- Serve as lead point of contact for daily operations of the Insights, Media, Analytics shared-services team
- Integrate internally with agency Account teams and marketing colleagues for full understanding of client and brand strategic imperatives
- Maintain external partnerships and stakeholders, including marketing colleagues, agency teams, publishing companies, digital partners, platform vendors, commercial partners
- Oversee development of strategic insights from proprietary data/information subscriptions and sources
- Oversee HCP media operations, including all planning, buying, management, and reporting responsibilities
- Oversee metrics and data reporting of marketing programs, dashboards, and social listening
- Comply with delivery of media data reporting per AbbVie SOPs · Provide internal education as center of excellence for industry trends and technologies for agency
- Bachelor’s degree, BA or BS required
- 5+ years of planning and management experience
- Strong brand strategy and integrated planning skills
- Ability to perform insight mining, data analysis and interpretation
- Skilled at social intelligence, market research and competitive monitoring

The Manager I, Website Product Specialist is a key cross-functional member of the Web Channel team responsible for leading website projects and web programs on AbbVie’s Digital Marketing Platform (ADMP) with focused support on Processes & Operating models. As a member of the AbbVie Digital Lab supporting our brand franchises, the Website Product Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple stakeholders and coordinating across a large matrixed organization of stakeholders including: Marketing, IT, AORs & Agency partners and Analytics and Marketing Operations stakeholders. This role will lead and manage both strategic and tactical execution of the website projects in order to meet and exceed business goals.

- Manage the product development process and life cycle from inception to product delivery, growth, and eventual retirement.

Materials/Data Admin Specialist
The primary responsibility for the Materials/Data Admin Specialist is to maintain equipment spare parts room, as well as maintain equipment parts inventory, issuing parts, purchasing parts, stocking parts, and ensure accurate parts inventory.
Other responsibilities include supporting the department utilizing multiple software platforms (Maximo, Cognos, REES, RAM, SAP) with the purpose of maintaining equipment data and reporting accurate records, which include quality records across multiple business units.
Also, perform maintenance schedules for equipment technicians. Maximo Super User status to write, monitor and complete Maximo Service Requests, entering new assets into Maximo, as well as, completing Maintenance Job Plans, and Calibration Data Sheets. Build Cognos queries for MEP data reports, Quality Audits and other departmental use. Monitor timeliness of equipment excursion records using REES database.
They will also support equipment Planning and Scheduling for maintenance and calibration events, as required.
- Maintain equipment spare parts program. Purchase, stock and perform annual inventory counts.
- Initiate weekly equipment maintenance schedules
- Maximo super user. Training, setup new users, and reporting using Cognos
- Review product excursion records caused from possible equipment failures. Ensure records are reconciled and closed in a timely manner.
