As a Controls Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will support the Payments Compliance Risk Assessment and collaborate with our partners in Global Regulatory Developments and Engagement (GRDE).
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in data mining activities to extract insights and support decision-making. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies affecting payment controls.
- Develop an understanding of legal obligations related to payment controls. Support the team in interpreting and applying these obligations to ensure compliance.
- Gain exposure to the relationship between OLO (Obligation, Liability, and Ownership) mapping, Compliance Groups, and the Controls Environment. Utilize this knowledge to enhance payment controls.
- Collaborate with the GRDE team to stay informed about global regulatory developments. Provide support in aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Help identify, assess, and manage obligations related to issues in payment controls.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective solutions.

Associate – Talent Development Delivery Project Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious team that will work across the Talent Development team to support the design of events and deliver & evolve some of our learning experiences. Working with an already established team, the Delivery Project Manager will proactively build and manage collaborative relationships with Tech Centres, Content and Domain leads and build new collaborations regionally and globally, where required. Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage in-person learning conferences/events that have employees, outcomes, targeted learning, community building & value at the centre of the experience, including POWERUP, DEVUP and Ignite community activities.
- Assist with the facilitation and management of portfolio experiential learning in location, these could include professional virtual sessions aligned to our newly formed Virtual and Online manager focused learning offerings (currently in the build phase).

Operations – Multi Currency Account Services – Analyst
As an Analyst in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Operations group in JPMCB you will be managing and supporting processing along with linked compliances for Cross Border remittances (A1/2) in line with prevailing regulations.
You will be managing Cross Border Remittances, Regulatory Reporting and related controls/monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operations of the Team handling Corporate Cross Border Remittances and linked regulatory reporting such as IDPMS/EDPMS/LRS etc.
- Interacting with clients to handhold them through the process, requirements and expectations of the regulator and the bank in relation to Cross Border Remittances.
- Handling of regulatory reporting to RBI such as R-return, DRI, CBWRT etc., for corporate clients of the bank.
- Handling of concurrent and internal audits for Cross border Transactions.
- Tracking of regulatory changes, formulating and updating controls/internal process notes pertaining to cross border payments and associated regulatory reporting in coordination with stakeholders.

Index Research Analyst
As an Index Research Analyst within J.P. Morgan’s Global Research Center, you will be responsible for the ideation and management of market leading Fixed Income indices across various markets. You will work with both internal stakeholders and external clients, educating them on index products and their implications. Your role will also involve working across all stages of Index product development, managing Index oversight functions, and conducting research and analysis on index products.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with both internal stakeholders and external clients to educate them on the index products, any structural and tactical changes, and the associated implications for the relevant markets resulting from these changes.
- Work across all stages of Index product development process from conceptualization of idea to putting it into production, through leveraging partnerships across technology, operations and other stakeholders.
- Work comfortably with large datasets and ability to dissect, process and analyze data and analytics at the component and aggregate level.
- Participate in team publishing and reporting initiatives including BAU market summaries and thematic publications. Draft and update index rules where needed to ensure dissemination of accurate information.
- Manage Index oversight function through engagement with the Calculation Agent teams for daily monitoring of our indices & ensure product integrity is maintained.
- Put together research and analysis on index products to assist clients and teams globally.
