Job Description

The Clinical Supply Warehouse Attendant Supports Lake County Clinical Warehouse Operations assuring that materials are shipped out in a timely fashion and with attention to quality. Successfully complete all assigned core Job responsibilities as well as assigned training. The Clinical Supply Warehouse Attendant works with oversight from senior warehouse staff as well as area Management.

Responsibilities

  • Performs the picking and packing of clinical supplies and ancillaries.
  • Generates courier labels.
  • Processes Clinical Shipment requests in a timely fashion.
  • Retains materials in the correct locations and keeps the warehouse in an orderly and clean manner.
  • Processes material destruction requests.
  • Maintains a safe working environment within the warehouse and their assigned warehouse office location.
  • Shows proficiency within the inventory management system.
  • Performs the recycling of returned passive shipping systems.
  • Performs simple commodity receipts and verifies drug receipts.
  • Performs the daily replenishment of phase change components.
  • Reports all issues to senior warehouse personnel or management in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

  • HS Graduate or GED with 1 year of warehouse and/or inventory experience.
  • Some material control or system inventory knowledge a plus.
  • Must be PIT (Forklift) certified

Job Description

Allē Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) serve as first-line representatives responsible for handling inbound call and email inquiries and acting as subject matter experts regarding Allergan Aesthetics’ premier consumer loyalty program and technology platform. Representatives are responsible to assist patients, health care providers and their staff, and internal sales representatives with navigating the website and mobile application, eligibility and registration, program rules, password resets, consumer promotions and redeeming rewards, as well as managing accounts and promoting adoption of new SAAS products. Under general supervision, Customer Experience Representatives handle customer requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Allē CXR’s foster the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive interactions and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Support: Provide excellent service through phone and email.
  • Customer Assistance: Help customers with website and mobile app navigation, eligibility and registration, program rules, password resets, consumer promotions, and redeeming rewards.

Manager, Statistical Programming Aesthetics (Remote)

Job Description

The Manager of Statistical Programming is a strategic role which guides a team of Statistical Programmers in the research and development of new pharmaceutical products. This role is directly responsible for leading the statistical programming activities for a compound/indication or therapeutic area in early development. The Manager of Statistical Programming must effectively interface with key stakeholders (i.e. Statistics, Clinical Data Strategy & Operations, Medical Writing, Regulatory Publishing and Development Operations.)

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the statistical programming activities for a compound/indication or therapeutic area in early development.
  • May lead a team of statistical programmers and manages the resource planning for assigned staff.
  • Ensures timely deliverables, that all quality processes are followed and consistency within the projects.
  • Creates documentation for regulatory filings including reviewers guides and data definition documents.
  • Leads the development of standard SAS Macros and participates in the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Provides oversight and mentoring of assigned Statistical Programmers, Statistical Analysts and Senior Statistical Analysts.
  • Develops and oversees the development of SAS programs for the creation of ADaM data sets following CDISC standards.
  • Develops and oversees the development of SAS programs for the creation of Tables, Listings and Figures.

2025 QTAS LBA Biomarker Intern

AbbVie is seeking a highly motivated scientist to join our Quantitative, Translation & ADME Sciences (QTAS) team in South San Francisco. The QTAS Bioanalytical group develops and implements Ligand binding assays to evaluate pharmacodynamic effects in preclinical studies and clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science. Applicants having experience in R, Python, and Java is highly desirable. The candidate will work with two subject matter experts over a 2 to 3-month period on Proteomic / Olink data management by building a QC result tracking system for multiplex panels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn Olink and understand how to analyze data through manual approaches.
  • Implement bioinformatic scripts and develop data analysis approaches for preclinical studies.
  • Create Olink summary tables with auto-flagging for retesting.
  • Read and discuss emerging literature and science in data analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science, data analytics, bioinformatics, or equivalent with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026.
