The Work:
This position is for a Customer/1 Specialist to translate the needs and issues identified by the business into technology solutions in the Customer/1 CIS application and design and build such solutions. This requires the analyst to understand the underlying business need, assess the impact of the need, capture, analyze, and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of those requirements to the users and the IT development team. This includes the following business functions
- Technical and Functional Subject Matter Expert SME Support of Customer/1 application
- Requirements Gathering
- Functional Analysis
- Documentation of Functional Requirements User Approval and Sign Off of Requirements
- Development of User Acceptance Test Plan
- Development of Postproduction Verification Requirements Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers Support analysis of production abends and end user application

Here’s What You Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirement application design and functional solutioning
- A minimum of 3 years of Customer/1 application analysis, design or technical programming development
- A minimum of 3 years of experience of SQL Development
- High School Diploma or GED

Defined Contribution SME
The work:
As a Defined Contribution subject matter expert, you will be joining our Operations Team to own and drive accuracy and understanding of program requirements. You will contribute your expertise to ensuring our content and training materials used across the program are accurate, current, and understandable by non-experts. You are a seasoned defined contribution operations and process optimization leader with a proven history of balancing operational risk and participant experience needs. We’ll rely on you to help us ensure our defined contribution operations are timely, accurate, and compliant.
Here’s what you need:
- Requires 5+ years in Financial Services, preferably with Defined Contribution plans.
- Experience with client relationship building.
- Experience with managing programs and/or projects as it relates to retirement contribution accounts.

Epic Clarity Specialist
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in your local office. Primary hiring location is Nashville, TN but may consider qualified candidates in Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
Here is what you need:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Clarity Analyst/Team role
- Experience and certification in Epic Clarity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working for a consulting firm
- Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic
- Experience with Data Models, Clinical, Revenue etc.
- SQL experienced

Project Description:
The Assessor will be responsible for the assessment and processing of warranty claims submitted in regards to warranty repair services performed on client-manufactured equipment. All work performed must meet both quality and quantitative standards set. Responsibilities: Maintaining / updating equipment registrations Processing sales reversals Processing requests for updates to labor rates Resolving pricing errors on claims Updating warranty coverage periods on equipment Answering dealer questions about warranty policy and claim submission Resolving dealer issues with claim entry and submission Developing and maintaining internal standard operating procedure documentation. Assessor with manage calls, email, and chats for dealers requiring assistance.
Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

- Min. of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Provide clear written and oral communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
