Operations Analyst – Adobe Advertising  

 

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for publishing business critical dashboards, driving strategic insights that can help business move forward and partner with multiple stakeholders to program manager important deliverables timely.

 

 

What you’ll Do

  • Work Closely with Ad cloud team and publish relevant metrices – Adv. Revenue, Spend, Growth, Adoption, Renewal, attrition.
  • Govern the data integrity in internal systems for Project stage, Project Status (Red/Yellow), Project Expiry and other project related metrics within assigned industries.
  • Flexible to support Ad-hoc Analysis and should be a pro for recommendation in system/process improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests for leadership on forecast, backlog, project staffing, project health, etc.
  • Monitor XX% Increase in Revenue/Resource, Renewal Rate, % of accounts covered, tracking hybrid across customers, Win Rate, Attrition Track/ rationale, Adoption Tracking, spend growth, CSAT, Presales/POC’s Effectiveness, Zendesk Monitoring – Enhance operational efficiency.
  • Solid Understanding of Power BI. Experience in developing custom reports tabular reports, matrix report.
  • MS Office tool expert i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Flexible to support team during late hours calls whenever happens.
  • Should be flexible enough to support multiple teams and Deadlines and stretch as per business need.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven successful Program management experience, preferably delivering large enterprise-based applications and solutions with overall 5 – 6 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of power BI is must.
  • MS Office tool expert i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or similar field
  • Innovative/Inquisitive thinker with high attention to detail, and thoroughness
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
  • Strong conflict resolution skills

Adobe Campaign – Technical Consultant

This is a technical role that requires providing Consulting advice and support to Clients for Implementing Adobe Campaign solution and any technical advisory required afterward.

This is a client-facing role and requires the consultant to collaborate closely with the client, understand their technical and business requirements, and then Implement the Adobe Campaign solution in a manner client gets the most value out of the solution. The consultant’s main objective is to drive successful delivery and maintain a high level of satisfaction for our customers. You will enable client success by providing innovative solutions leveraging Adobe’s Digital Marketing Suite of products.

 

What you’ll Do

 

Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):

  • 12+ years of front-end web development experience — preference is given to candidates who have maintained or architected large scale applications.
  • Define and decide development technology and platform, define development standards, tools, processes, etc.
  • In collaboration with the Architect discuss, formulate, and document a vision for Frontend architecture and approaches.
  • Detail out and refine higher-level architecture decisions into a lower-level design.
  • Lead implementation of technical and infrastructure initiatives to support architecture decisions.
  • Overlook and review the work of the team to ensure that the architecture decisions are being executed and the team is following coding standards and architecture guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of HTML5 and good knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred
