Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity
Administer the Commercial Auto Flood Insurance program by ordering flood determination forms from Ally’s chosen vendor(s), provide direction to the RBC’s as to which buildings require flood insurance and in what amount, review flood insurance policies for compliance with regulatory guidance and Ally policies and procedures, renew flood insurance policies in accordance with regulatory guidance, prepare and maintain flood reporting.
Administer the appraisal review process by sending completed appraisals to Ally’s chosen vendor for review and communicate results to the RBC when available.
Under general direction, responsible for performing complex research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to manager or project leader.
Assist in drafting, interpreting, and administering operational policies and procedures.
Develop, validate, and maintain step-by-step instructions/training materials.
Monitor performance to identify and help correct performance problems and provide feedback regarding areas requiring attention.
Bring compliance issues and proposed solutions to the attention of manager or director.

Base Pay Range: $49920 – $60320 USD
An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. Senior Strategy Analyst – Advanced Business Analytics .
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, this position’s primary responsibilities will include strategy development and performance analysis to optimize portfolio results. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated, detail oriented, and can sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant to understanding Business results. They will be able to apply knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data (analytics).
The Work Itself
- Provide analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations.
- Analyze monthly operating results and monthly variances; identify problems and research potential recommendations for corrective actions.
- Perform portfolio analytics, special projects, drill –down analysis and other duties as needed.

Account Executive, Auto Finance – Greater Colorado Springs, CO Sales Market
The Opportunity
- Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, within a 45-minute drive of Colorado Springs, CO (no further north then Castle Rock, CO and no further south than Pueblo, CO) requiring local travel throughout the surrounding sales market. Company vehicle provided.
- An Account Executive for Ally Auto Finance acts as a field sales representative, promoting the full breadth of Ally’s auto finance products and services to dealerships and equipping them with the tools necessary to grow their business and support their customers. They identify, pursue, and maximize business opportunities within their local market and create solid working relationships with existing and new dealers.
The Work Itself
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for Ally’s auto finance product offerings and act as a singular point-of-contact for existing and new dealerships in a designated market.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all Ally’s auto finance products, plans, and programs such as floorplan financing, Dealer Products & Services, and SmartAuction.
- Market and promote the full breadth of Ally’s products and services including commercial banking products.

The Ally Invest Trading and Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in matters dealing with their Ally Invest accounts. Servicing responsibilities include but are not limited to account maintenance requests, trading and margin inquiries, complex options strategies, etc. Strong customer service, relationship building, and communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years’ experience with proven experience in the Financial Brokerage Services industry.
The Work Itself
- Directly responsible for placing trades for customers over the telephone using desktop trading products.
- Provide assistance to customers by answering phone calls and responding to emails and Live Chats.
- Placing and/or facilitating execution of customer orders, resolving complex customer trading issues.
- Work with margin accounts and review buying power as well as maintenance levels.
- Assist customers with complex and advanced orders or with account questions; respond to customer inquiries on related issues; troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Process information associated with clients account, research more complex issues to correct/minimize problems.
