Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK in Gujarat, India. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple branches within a specific cluster. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of branch managers.

Business Manager

Role: Regional Business Manager Business Banking, Chennai

Vertical: Business Banking

Relevant Experience:- 10+ years of Business Banking experience

Functional Competencies:

  • To have a good understanding of credit, financial statements, ratios, and business models to ensure health growth rate with a robust quality book
  • Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.

 

Job Responsibilities:- Financial

  • To monitor the P&L of his region, being the P&L owner of that region
  • To ensure to maintain highest level of service to the clients and ensure 100% renewal in Year 2 of acquisition
  • To drive CASA acquisition of Business Banking customers
  • To monitor the portfolio closely and to ensure that the yield, delinquency, and fee income target is duly met

Non-Financial Responsibilities

  • To travel extensively in the defined region, for a minimum of 11 working days in a month
  • Manage a set of Cluster Heads in the defined region to establish new borrowing relationships for Business Banking (SME), preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedures to enhance the bank’s market share.
  • To track the coverage of clients by the Acquisitions Team in the given territory and closely track their Daily Call Reports to monitor desired productivity
  • Should meet all the big clients in his region and establish relationship with them
  • To identify and chase the opportunities within the region and drive the team to chase it
  • To Liaison closely with Product and Portfolio Head and Regional Credit Manager/National Credit Manager to devise better products and minimize delinquency with a healthy business growth rate
  • To monitor the customer origination and delinquency for each Cluster closely and guide them accordingly
  • To handhold the team to ensure that they are trained well and make the right pitch to the clients
  • To research companies, the segment they operate in and the industry they belong to. Study trends of industry and analyze the competition to confidently present new lines to the clients and instill trust with your extensive knowledge of their industry.

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

  • Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level
  • Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e., financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, periodical client visits call reports.

Role: Business Analyst – Insurance

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Insurance and Banking sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance product integration and API/partner site integration.

Role: Regional Business Manager – CMS Transaction Banking

Relevant Experience:- 8-10 years of experience in CMS Sales .

Functional Competencies:-

  • Strong Product Sales skills with good experience of selling liability solutions to SME and Corporate clients
  • In depth knowledge of various liability/ CMS offerings
  • Responsible for formulation and execution of strategies, stakeholder management, market research , industry analysis & product monetization
  • Result oriented approach with good track record of handling liability/CMS sales with Acquisition and Deepening Targets

  • To own targets for Current account Balances and fee through sales of Structured CMS Solutions
  • To work with Business Segment leaders for Cross-selling CMS solutions in their portfolio
  • To work with internal stakeholders like product, operations, legal, risk to implement mandates

Non-Financial Responsibilities:-

  • To work on development, marketing and distribution of the product
  • To keep abreast with competition on the product developments and portfolio behavior
  • To keep an eye on various industries to identify opportunities and threats, early warning signals
  • Take complete ownership of the assigned product category and leverage key skills to utilize the channels to promote the products.
  • Proactively manage CMS customers to increase transactions/throughput
  • Managing Customer and ensuring retention of CMS customers
  • Feedback to Product for improving all internal CMS processes and policies, documentation and rolling out Products basis the need in the Market
  • Training all the Channels ,including Liability and Assets, for CMS and sharing knowledge mails/materials

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:-

  • Ensuring compliance with the regulatory guidelines and bank’s internal policies
  • To act as the first line of defense for the bank against fraud, financial crimes etc. and look for early warning signals
  • To ensure that the product Sales is in compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements

Qualification: MBA/Chartered Accountant/B. Tech or equivalent degree
