Position Description

The purpose of this role is to be at the frontline of the business for an entire territory with the responsibility of driving sales and end-to-end customer service. The role demands a manager who can increase market share, revenue and execute the GTM strategy. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Drive revenue growth by focusing on new & existing LCO partners and expanding the company’s footprint within the territory.

Optimize the sales and distribution network to enhance market penetration.

Strengthen the distribution ecosystem by increasing BTL activities in areas of operation, effective coverage, and transacting outlets.

Ensure brand visibility through organized go-to market merchandising activities to drive gross & net adds.

Customer Experience

Implement processes to enhance the overall customer experience, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with policies and processes by the LCO partners and ensure customer SLAs are met.

Lead timely closure of service request loops & intervene and handle complaints in case of escalations.

Stakeholder Management

Manage & expand LCO network through incentives and seamless grievance redressal.

Form partnerships and train LCO partners on product features / sales techniques / market positioning to strengthen the D2C business.

Customer Grievance Officer

 Resolving queries end to end and ensure zero repeat and escalations. CGO is also responsible for managing customer grievances in the defined timelines

  • Responsible for one or more districts and will visit the designated locations in each district for defined duration
  • Will take care of operations activities in assigned geography
  • Will attend all complaints coming from customers. CGO will collate complaints submitted in the access point and share with the central team through CRM.
  • CGO in their capacity as frontline ambassadors of the bank, enlighten the customers of the grievance redressal mechanism, time frame for resolution of their complaints, name, address and contact number of Principal Nodal Officer, Contact details of Banking Ombudsman of the area.
  • CGO should have updated knowledge of the bank’s policy relating to various products offered by it and its terms and conditions.
  • CGO should contact the concerned either by phone, e-mail or in person, to get the grievance redressed say within a day, if the complaint is in respect of a particular customer, CGO should explain the Complaint escalation mechanism to the complainant.
  • CGO should give high priority to the complaints received through the Banking Ombudsman, Consumer Education and Protection Department of Reserve Bank of India and Consumer forums.
  • CGO should promote and market the new and existing products and services introduced by the bank.
  • CGO should follow all banking polices as determined by the board of directors or owners of the bank.

Warehousing & Inventory Control

The incumbent will support in banking device procurement, import along with Warehousing & Inventory Control Management.

The role will require working and follow-ups with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Understand the requirement from user function and evaluate multiple available products/ services in market.
  • Compare available goods/ services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
  • Finalize vendor and cost, through RFP process, in view of user requirement and techno-commercial evaluation.
  • Support User and Legal function for contract execution from SCM prospective.
  • Responsible for handling end to end activities related to warehousing & Inventory Control Management for all banking products/ devices.
  • Coordinating with all relevant user function on regular basis to understand their requirement/ demand and managing sufficient inventories for each product accordingly through proper planning and ordering management.
  • Review existing contracts related to banking product, warehousing and inventory control and maintain tracker & repository.
  • Cost saving through existing contract negotiation with partner/ agencies.
  • Raise need of the agreement (as per contracting guideline) well in time and ensure renewal before expiry.
  • Handling imports shipments end to end. Regular coordination with foreign partner, freight forwarder, CHA and custom department for arranging material well in time, in view of user requirement.
  • Engage with user functions to understand the needs and resolve pain points related to purchase, warehousing & inventory and Import.
  • Co-ordinate with Operations to ensure vendor PO issuance and payment on time.
  • Regular coordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/ services and collecting inventory reports on daily basis.
  • Preparing and publishing Inventory reports for all products on daily basis.
  • Support in data analysis for preparing the monthly procurement reports.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new products

Manage vendor partnerships to ensure products and services are provided with competitive pricing and in a timely manner.
