Who You Are

You will develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets for AI products and services and identify and prioritize target accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers and partners. Engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and conducting detailed analysis to find opportunities for AI solutions are two dynamic skills you will bring to this role. You understand AI technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Expertise in two or more data estate workloads like Microsoft’s Data & AI Platform (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, CosmosDB, Azure SQL, HDInsight, etc.), AWS (Redshift, Aurora, Glue), Google (BigQuery), MongoDB, Cassandra, Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle Exadata, IBM Netezza, SAP (HANA, BW), Apache Hadoop & Spark, MapR, Cloudera/Hortonworks, etc.
  • Certifications with Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer or equivalent industry certifications.
  • A validated understanding of the business issues of large CSP, accelerated Computing/ Data Center technology/ Deep learning & machine learning.
  • Experience using CRM software to run sales pipelines and customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with large hyperscalers.
  • Experience with deep learning, data science, and NVIDIA GPUs.

Who You’ll Work With

This leader will run the strategy, operating model, and execution initiatives of this new GTM.

To be successful, the leader would need to understand buying behaviours of the customers and the solutions and offers that they need and the channels that cater to these customers. In addition, the OD will need to consider the competitive environment that exists in each market and learn and respond to how our top competitors manage business across the region.

 

What You’ll do

You will have to lead and collaborate across various cross-functional teams that make up the extended team including the portfolio architecture teams, sales specialists, operations, distribution, marketing, partner organization, field commercial sales teams, finance, legal, and tax to develop these RTMs and grow them. This role is also responsible for the scaling of business in the region, measurement of their impact, as well as ongoing improvements.

Who You Are

We need a great teammate and natural innovator who can drive resolution of customer issues, improved customer experiences with products, technologies, and solutions by demonstrating technical excellence, collaboration, and ownership in all aspects of customer problem resolution, thus delivering an exceptional support experience. Minimum Qualifications

U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
