The Deloitte Industry team is focused on analysing economic and industry developments in India and their relevance to businesses. The team is responsible for conducting path-breaking and innovative research, analyze trends, and develop in-depth business and industry/sector thought leaderships that provide useful insights to enable business teams/partners to make strategic decisions.

Assistant Manager – CMG – Pursuit Design

As an experienced Graphics Design professional, you will play a key role in the development of marketing and other related design assets and collaterals for print and digital media; working closely with the offshore and onshore stakeholders. Being a great team player, creative, flexible, and efficient is key to success.

Work you’ll do

  • Work with the internal and client account teams to develop concepts and creative solutions on high value client-facing, marketing, and client experience projects.
  • Conceptualize proposal themes and synthesize concepts and data into high-quality visual assets, sometimes determining the key ideas without much guidance
  • Take ownership for assigned projects/pursuits from inception to completion including overall layout in InDesign and graphic development in Illustrator
  • Analyze expectations of the stakeholders and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverables adhering to the Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines.
  • Develop creative storyboards, visual themes, illustrations and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional material.
  • Collaborate with the offshore and onshore teams, from understanding of an expectation, execution, to delivery

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)/ BSc. Visual Communication, or equivalent degree with Media/Communication
  • 8–10 years of creative design/ visual communication design in Marketing/Marketing Communication design space. About 3–5 years of working with an offshore delivery center would be a plus.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your creative expertise
  • Mastery-level expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Advanced-level expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong illustration skills (not necessarily freehand)
  • Good aesthetic sense and knowledge on typography, color, and various design styles/trends

Work you’ll do

As a Web Design Analyst, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager/Manager and interact with internal clients to understand their requirements to develop primarily online materials. You will be expected to:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the design and development of Global Talent intranet sites that best meet their requirements.
  • Understand and adhere to the Deloitte brand and style guidelines in all materials and content produced to ensure it is brand compliant

The team

We, the Communication and Marketing team, create and offer a range of web and graphic solutions to internal stakeholders. We work with stakeholders to develop the Global Talent presence on Deloitte Resources, Deloitte’s global intranet. We also design and develop other creative visual aids, such as interactive PDFs, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, icons, and posters. We continuously look for ways to push the boundaries of our tools and channels, as well as look for ways to improve our creative and development processes.

Your work profile
